Dropped my 2010 Fit off for an oil change and asked them to also check the turn signal lever because it wasn’t working properly. I was told that it there would be around a $135 charge to Diagnose the si to also check the turn signal lever because it wasn’t working properly. I was told that it there would be around a $135 charge to Diagnose the signal lever, but they would call me and let me know. I was texted a couple of hours later that my service was completed and I could come pickup my car. Upon arrival I asked them if they had a look at the turn signal lever and it was documented that there was some debris, it was cleaned, and it was working properly… no other issues. In addition to that i found that the $10 off was not applied and that they were unable to apply it after the fact. When I left I found that my turn signal was still not working properly… just as it was malfunctioning before. I have also repeatedly asked them to check a scraping noise I’m hearing intermittently. I’ve been told there is a diagnostic fee and I was in agreement to pay to have it looked at. On at least two different occasions when picking my car up they stated they couldn’t find an issue and the diagnostic was not charged or mentioned. I am now likely to find another place to service my car due to these experiences the past few months… More

Our 2016 Accord needed to have one of the front headlights replaced and when I arrived, Dexter Alexander informed me that it would be late in the afternoon before our car would be ready as the serv headlights replaced and when I arrived, Dexter Alexander informed me that it would be late in the afternoon before our car would be ready as the service department was really busy that day. Dexter arranged to have the Wolfchase Honda shuttle take me home, which save me having to wait many hours for the repairs to be completed. More
