Employees are nice, but it takes entirely WAY TOO LONG to get an oil change. I was there for 3 hours. Someone else that was waiting had been there for 4 hours. This has also been the case the 2 previous time get an oil change. I was there for 3 hours. Someone else that was waiting had been there for 4 hours.
