Mixed review The actual service associate who helped me was truly awesome. I did not however enjoy the almost two hour wait from appointment time of 0730 to receiv The actual service associate who helped me was truly awesome. I did not however enjoy the almost two hour wait from appointment time of 0730 to receiving my car back at almost 0930 after scheduling an actual appointment for an air filter/oil change and wiper replacement. I understand you don't need to schedule appointments for oil changes but I did so because I thought the car needed more maintenance than it did. Two hours on a Friday morning is a bit much. Again, the service associate was AWESOME and explained I wasn't due yet for the air filter replacement so HUGE KUDOS to him and the folks braving the cold to shuttle the cars back and forth. I just wish the actual service itself was quicker. I watched people come in after me and leave before me and wondered if making an appointment was even worth the time. More
