Appointment for no reason During our visit, the service center was extremely busy with many employees moving about and keeping a steady pace of moving vehicles through the serv During our visit, the service center was extremely busy with many employees moving about and keeping a steady pace of moving vehicles through the service center. We had called 1.5-2 weeks in advance to schedule an appointment to have our windshield replaced since we live over an hour away from the dealership (in addition, we had received an email confirming the appointment two days prior to the date of the appointment). We had sent in pictures of the damage to the windshield to help process the warranty for the windshield prior to the appointment per the request of the person making our appointment. When we arrived, there were no notes in the computer as to why we were there, there was no knowledge of the photos we had sent in, the warranty had not been pre-approved, and the person with whom we had scheduled the appointment was not working that day to help troubleshoot the situation. It took over 2 hours for the dealership to "figure something out" and provide us with a loaner vehicle, as our vehicle was going to have to be kept for a minimum of 2-3 days. The replacement windshield had not been ordered, nor was there a replacement on-site. Only after receiving a phone call two days later were we informed that it would be two more days before the windshield would be replaced. Somehow amidst this disorganization, the dealership manager got involved and helped expedite the replacement process. We appreciate that someone from the dealership delivered our vehicle to us to save us the trip of having to drive back to the dealership. However, it should have gone according to what we had been told - by scheduling an appointment, it should have only taken 2-3 hours to have the windshield replaced while we waited. The dealership should have ordered the replacement windshield and been prepared for our appointment, or we should have been notified before the date of the appointment that we would need to reschedule. More

But, the service has been taking a long time the last few times I've been there. I thought it would be about an hour and turns out it was an hour and a half. I wish you could schedule it so it wasn't so long of a wait. Everyone was friendly, so I appreciate that. More
