I purchased a 2012 Audi from the dealership taking it home April 1st. We live over 2 hours away so when arrived home, we noticed the undercarriage was dragging on the ground. I immediately contacted ou home April 1st. We live over 2 hours away so when arrived home, we noticed the undercarriage was dragging on the ground. I immediately contacted our salesman, Gilbert. I was told to take to a local dealer and let him know the repairs. This issue was solved even though it was very inconvenient. Now 4 weeks later, we tried to use the AC and it was blowing hot air. Took it to be serviced as we purchased an extended warranty, was told the AC compressor needs replaced (which is of course not covered). I have called Gilbert twice, emailed twice and left a message for Robert for 3 days, and yet no answer. I am wanting to discuss why a bad AC compressor was not identified on the 150 pt inspection this vehicle supposedly went through (I have this in writing from Gilbert and even recorded him saying so during the test drive). I am asking the dealership to discuss this issue with me, and can't even get a simple call back. Their attention to customer service has decreased dramatically since we bought the vehicle. At that time they were very attentive and willing to work with us since we lived so far away. I would still appreciate the consideration. More
