Workers at the service dept are not professional. They had my car for TWO MONTHS for a recall of yours and they never called me to give me a status of the car. I had to BEG for a lender car which the They had my car for TWO MONTHS for a recall of yours and they never called me to give me a status of the car. Although there was a bit of back and forth with the manager after arriving at the dealership, ultimately we were able to come to an agreement on the price and everything went smoothly from there. From the moment I approached the sales department, I was made to feel so comfortable to do a new lease deal at Yonkers KIA. The salesperson greeted me outside the facility and guided me through my choices e made to feel so comfortable to do a new lease deal at Yonkers KIA. The salesperson greeted me outside the facility and guided me through my choices explaining all my options and helped me negotiate a very fair deal with his manager. I traded in my old leased car in exchange for a new vehicle on the lot. In and out for the entire process in less than three hours. The salesperson coordinated all the required steps so very efficiently. I highly recommend Yonkers KIA and specifically my salesperson, Brandon Kohan. More
