I felt they were not transparent with their fees and the sell price of vehicle until it was time to sign the contract. Their practice of showing one page at a time of the contract instead of providing a ful sell price of vehicle until it was time to sign the contract. Had a great experienced leasing my 2023 Kia Forte GT Line at Yonkers Kia. I did all of my correspondence over email and everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional. I have purchased 4 cars in my lifetime, and my experience at Yonkers Kia was hands-down the worst. *PLEASE be careful with this dealership.* They are pretty sketchy and employ some tactics to trick and cheat at Yonkers Kia was hands-down the worst. *PLEASE be careful with this dealership.* They are pretty sketchy and employ some tactics to trick and cheat the customer. I had read about some of these (making the customer wait for hours for their car, "surprising" you with the trade-in value on the cost breakdown sheet and pressuring you into signing it, etc). However, I figured since I had such good experiences with dealerships in the area such as Rockland Nissan and All American Ford, that most car sales people still had some integrity. I was sorely disappointed. To top things off, I had put down a $500 deposit for my car. Because I was so tired by the time I got my new car, I didn't realize they hadn't applied that deposit to the balance of my car. I called the next day to ask for either a refund or for it to be applied to my car cost. I got one person get back to me (Edgar) who said he was looking into it. However, it has now been two months and I have sent over 16 emails and have not received a refund. Be very careful especially with Nelson (who I also emailed). I am now working my credit card company to get my money refunded, but it shouldn't have to be this way. Someone could have replied to me. I always hate giving bad reviews since I know people work really hard and maybe not everyone at Yonkers Kia is like this, but I feel compelled to let others know to proceed with caution. Bring snacks, water, and a friend. More
