Best car buying experience ever! This was BY FAR the easiest car buying experience I've ever had! From the moment we stepped foot on the lot Jim was kind, friendly, very knowledgeabl This was BY FAR the easiest car buying experience I've ever had! From the moment we stepped foot on the lot Jim was kind, friendly, very knowledgeable and most important, NOT PUSHY!! He asked a few questions to familiarize himself with us and our needs and set us up with our test drives. I could go on and on but long story short we traded in a 15yo vehicle and walked away with an Altima and a Sentra! Ed in financing was super friendly as well and surprisingly buying 2 cars doesn't take much longer than buying 1 :) We kept them there late but from start to finish they couldn't have been more friendly or caring. Thanks for the great experience! We will spread the word to family and friends and we'll DEFINITELY see you next time!! More

Excellent experience buying 2 vehicles from Tony I was in need of a new/used vehicle after my car was totaled by a deer. After driving cars for 30 years, I wanted to get back to a truck, but was lim I was in need of a new/used vehicle after my car was totaled by a deer. After driving cars for 30 years, I wanted to get back to a truck, but was limited in my budget. After researching dozens of trucks on-line, I noticed a low mileage Ram 1500 in my price range. When I got to the lot, Tony's smiling face greeted me and guided me through the entire experience with knowledge, care, and consideration to my needs. There was not one speck of pressure from Tony or anyone in the dealership. There were 2 minor recalls that I was concerned about, but Tony and his manager took the truck to the nearby Dodge dealer and had them inspect and certify the recall fixes. I walked out feeling great about the deal, and had no question about getting the best deal around. I was so happy with my experience, that when my wife needed a new vehicle to take care of her mother as the full time care taker, I took her to Tony. Tony was very empathetic when he heard my mother in-law had fallen and broken her leg. Tony directed us to vehicles that he thought would be comfortable and gentle riding for my Mother in-law's leg. Tony showed us every car that we were interested in, and even let us drive a few. We were able to driver my mother in-law around, and she got to choose the vehicle that she felt most comfortable in, a Nissan Rogue. Finance was quick and easy also. When we are through with these 2 new/used vehicles, Tony and Younger Nissan will be the first (and probably only) place we will go to shop for our next vehicle. More
Service has always treated good. I have been treated good by the service dept. I am not happy with the Sales Manager. I told them what I could do for a payment and they played me for I have been treated good by the service dept. I am not happy with the Sales Manager. I told them what I could do for a payment and they played me for 5 hours till I got what i said in the first place.Salesman Jim B has always been great to me .So I get truck and now at a year since i bought it im looking at 1850 for a heater accuator replace and they tell me that i need a radiator and a evap leak. Its not a new truck,i know.I asked if they could cut me a break and they said sure. Radiator 1000. Rad costs 135 on Amazon.I like them tho.They treat me with respect everytime.Prices seem high. More

Wonderful Service! I bought a 2015 Dodge Dart SXT. It’s an amazing used car. When I went to look at it and test drive it, I noticed it had been heavily smoked in (wasn’t I bought a 2015 Dodge Dart SXT. It’s an amazing used car. When I went to look at it and test drive it, I noticed it had been heavily smoked in (wasn’t a deal breaker). But, the sales rep. had the car cleaned out inside to see if it would help. It worked for a while until the car sat in the sun all day. He then offered to ionize the interior. I agreed. It definitely helped. Also, the car only came with 1 key fob. During the buying process my sales rep. issued a “we owe”. A document where the dealership owes the buyer without a charge. He could get me an extra fob for the car because new out of factory usually come with 2 fobs. (That would be a deal breaker). I went to pick up the extra fob and they had to program it to the car. Only took about 10 minutes. Worth it! And while all the work was being done to the car they put me in a rental for the day which made life so much easier! Highly recommend this dealership! More
