First time buying a car through a dealership and it couldn't have gone smoother. I looked at many cars with the intention of having it shipped to me, and when I saw the good reviews for Younger Nissan couldn't have gone smoother. I looked at many cars with the intention of having it shipped to me, and when I saw the good reviews for Younger Nissan I jumped on it. Brenton answered all my questions and Ed made all the paperwork easy even though I was in a different state the entire time. Car delivery costs were low and they let me know all the fees upfront. The entire experience buying a car from Younger Nissan of Frederick was wonderful! As this is my first new car buying experience, I was expecting to be confused throughout. But working with Paige, Jay, and L Frederick was wonderful! As this is my first new car buying experience, I was expecting to be confused throughout. But working with Paige, Jay, and Logan made things easy, as they not only explained things to me, but they explained things to me CLEARLY, which helped ease my worries. Paige and Jay had been in constant contact with me in the weeks leading up to my purchase, so when I got the dealership things went smoothly and I was in and out within the hour. For financing, Paige explained in detail everything I was signing and why. For car functionality, Jay sat in the car with me and showed me everything I needed to know. He was very patient as I had to get him to explain one or two features (new fancy stuff!) to me multiple times. All in all, if you want to shop for a Nissan at a place with honest, communicative staff who actually take the time to make sure you understand everything from financing to new car features, I highly recommend Younger Nissan of Frederick. More
