Hello Maggie, Brain the Service Director had left me a voice mail to call him, which I did a few days ago, and left him a voice mail. I am still awaiting his call. Meanwhile, I want to request to bring the car in to have the improper workmanship corrected. The metallic screeching while backing and turning the front wheels is awful and never did that before the tire rotation in June, and the oil change that day also left a covering under the vehicle is loose and making awful sounds when going over bumps. Furthermore, when I brought it back to Ziegler in October, after not driving it for a few weeks after major surgery, they stated that neither of my complaints existed. Instead, they sold me into getting rear brakes that day They rated the rear brakes at 4 which my son said was nearly impossible. He is a mechanic and said that front brakes wear out faster, so I feel that I was duped. This is all so unacceptable, and I request the dealership to correct the original complaints about the screeching in the front wheels and the underbody pan to be repaired free of charge.
