Even though the part I needed wasn't covered by the extended warranty, Gio went above and beyond to make sure I got a better than OEM part, paid a more than fair price and he kept me posted on the status of the repair. Yes, it's a Honda dealership but I'd highly recommend their service department to anyone; Honda or not! More
