Tim was awesome during my visit. He got my HRV in right away for remote start and I was out of the dealership in about 3 hours. Service center was great. My vehicle was supposed to be looked at prior to 10am to possibly trade it in but when I got there at 10 it wasn’t looked at and we had to wait an ho My vehicle was supposed to be looked at prior to 10am to possibly trade it in but when I got there at 10 it wasn’t looked at and we had to wait an hour which I found unacceptable as my appt was at 10am. I was low balled for my suv as I had done some searching prior to showing up. The salesman was very nice and helpful and it wasn’t his fault my vehicle wasn’t done by 10am More
