I purchased a Honda 4 yrs ago and have been pleased with it. Service has always been just fine, until recently. I had a problem with warning lights coming on when I went into our garage or the carwash. T it. Service has always been just fine, until recently. I had a problem with warning lights coming on when I went into our garage or the carwash. They replaced the camera thinking that would cure it. It did not. The first day I left my car from 10am until 5:30pm to do some service work and determine the problem. That's when they decided it was the camera. Took it back a second time to get the camera installed/replaced that again took all day. They gave me a loaner for which I was grateful. When I still experienced the problem, I made another appointment for 9am. Again they gave me a loaner. One of the gentlemen was my consultant and his texts said he would keep in touch on the progress. He did not. Finally at 3pm, after being told it would be another hour, I said forget it and left with my car. I got a hold of the service manager to complain and he explained that when I am given a loaner I can take it home. I told him I live an hour away and he said that did not matter. So they took all the customers ahead of me (for oil change, etc). So I spent 6 hours waiting and waiting for some answer, only to be told that at 3pm they had not looked at it. I was NEVER told by the consultant that I could leave Moline to go home overnight with the loaner. This would have save me and the consultant a lot of grief. I have always been treated with respect, but the consultant made me feel like a pest and when I told him at 3pm I was tired and wanted to go home and wanted my car back, he just said have a good day. No apology and when I did call (which I didn't call but a couple of times) I could tell he was irritated. This whole experience makes me want to go somewhere else and I really don't want to, but considering it seriously. I have recommended people to go up there in the past, but now, now so sure.....Pam Eagle More
