This is the second time I have bought a car from Vanessa, and if I ever buy another one, I will go directly to her again. I am old, and I have purchased a lot of cars in my time, but I have never had a more and if I ever buy another one, I will go directly to her again. I am old, and I have purchased a lot of cars in my time, but I have never had a more pleasant experience doing something that is usually very stressful. She does not employ any hard-sell tactics or sneaky strategies to slip extra things into the deal. She is forthright and friendly, very knowledgeable, and patiently helps you explore your options and figure out what you want and need. No pressure, and no blustery threats about having to make a quick decision ‘or else’. Our most recent purchase ended with a hug, which is something that I never imagined happening when buying a car. In short, I give Vanessa my highest possible recommendation as the person you need the next time you are in the market for a new car. More
