Car buying is usually stressful for me but the excellent staff at Zimmerman made it really a good experience. They found me the car that I was interested in and found me a LOWER interest rate than what I had on my loan approval from my own bank. I couldn't recommend Zimmerman more. He invited us to drive several different models explaining the features of each and was helpful when we made our choice by carefully highlighting and paper clipping relevant areas in the owners manual. The financing agreement was explained by the officer (sorry I don't remember his name) without any high pressure to take "add ons" we did not want. The only time we experienced that sort of pressure was when the more senior finance person "checked" over the his work. We left the dealership two hours after arriving with a new leased Accord and knowing we were working with person of integrity and honesty we could turn to with any problem that could arise. All of the associates we encountered where of the same caliber as Mr. Arango. More
