Excellent and Enjoyable Experiece Our experience in purchasing a vehicle was very easy and smooth. From the time we walked in the door, we were greeted by a pleasant person who offere Our experience in purchasing a vehicle was very easy and smooth. From the time we walked in the door, we were greeted by a pleasant person who offered assistance and called a salesperson to meet us. She also offered us something to drink which we truly appreciated. We met with Randy Hill and he showed us some of the newest features of the CRV and offered a test drive. He went with us and was non intrusive. He just explained some of the newest technology. We left that evening to give it some thought. The next day, we brought in our vehicle for trade and Randy promptly handled the information. He was efficient, willing and able to answer all questions and we felt very at ease. He wasn't pressuring in any way. He did tell us about the dealership and the newest information on the vehicle because it has changed so much. He promptly had someone look at our trade in and came back with a sheet and explained the exact information we needed. We shook hands and said it was a deal. I have to say this was probably one of the easiest times we have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. We felt comfortable but not pressured. He assisted us in every detail without going through all the ups and downs of running back to the business office like we have experienced in so many dealerships. Then someone usually comes out and explaining that if you do not purchase the vehicle that the prices will not be in effect the next time and that they might never find another car for you that you are interested in. This was not the case, we felt that the pricing was fair, we didn't have to play games with numbers and that everything was done to the best of the ability of sales person and the dealership. We definitely would recommend Randy Hill and we will hopefully have friends in need of a car in the future. Our experience with the business office was also efficient, very thoroughly explained and was again the easiest experience in signing all the paperwork necessary. Matt Rizzo is GREAT! I had test driven 8 cars prior to walking into Zimmerman. I met Matt and told him exactly what I was looking for. His knowledge on the Honda Pilot w I had test driven 8 cars prior to walking into Zimmerman. I met Matt and told him exactly what I was looking for. His knowledge on the Honda Pilot was impressive. He was easy to deal with and ensured everything got taken care of for me. This made my purchase so easy AND I got to deal with a really nice person! He wasn't that pushy salesperson I had dreaded encountering through this car buying experience. He really addressed my needs and what I need in a car for my family. The most impressive thing was getting into my new car prior to driving off. Matt sat inside with me and explained every button and control. I have never had a salesperson be that thorough.....OUTSTANDING!! I will definitely recommend Matt to anyone! More

From my first contact with Tony to the wrapping up with Blake it was actually a joyful experience. Car buying is usually stressful for me but the excellent staff at Zimmerman made it really a good experience. They found me the car that I was interested in and found me a LOWER interest rate than what I had on my loan approval from my own bank. I couldn't recommend Zimmerman more.
