Smooth No-nonsense dealership. Great service center as well. The atmosphere inside the facility is great, lots of space, play area for the kids, nice lounge No-nonsense dealership. Louis went over our entire owners manual, tabbed pages, highlighted sections, taught us about our new options. The finance manager had books in his office to help keep our 2 1/2 yr old occupied... So much easier/smoother than the other dealerships I have had the displeasure of dealing with. It will be hard to get me into another dealership if they keep doing what they're doing! Great Deal and Sales Staff We decided to go from a regular sedan to a crossover for the first time and Honda's reputation drew us to search for a CRV. We found a Honda CRV EXL via internet, but we live an hour from Peoria and by the time we had an opportunity to check it out in person it had been sold. We visited the lot at about 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon (after test driving units at another dealer) and found a model a year newer than we were looking for (2014) that was even a better fit for us. We made an appointment with our sales person, Marty Curry, to come back on Monday evening, We test drove the car, made the deal we were looking for and drove it home that night. We are very happy with our purchase and are looking forward to our upcoming vacation trip in our CRV. We feel confident recommending both the the Honda brand and Zimmerman's dealership for a great car-buying experience. More

Freindly, fast after hours support My wife found a 2015 Pilot on line, she asked if they could stick around as I drove 1.5 hours from Peoria. I was expecting a sales person to stick around maybe 30min to help value my trade-in and work out a few numbers and planned to come back later to work out a deal. Through out the drive Randy worked with me and kept me updated. I arrived to find not just Randy but Brian and Blake stay around as well and did so much more. They didn't sell but supported and acted as an advisor throughout the process to reduce my cost and increase the value to my family.
