I almost got in a car accident and my car needed an immediate repair. A service advisor Justin Green got everything under control and I could definitely tell that I was in good hands. Justin is knowledgeable, professional, polite and just a super nice guy. He took a great care of my Jeep Cherokee 2018. I was very happy with the service I received.

Just got our Dodge Journey car back after three months from Lithia. It was a complex warranty job to change the transmission out which of the lost reverse gear. It was a major struggle to do without wife’s car for such a long period of time. The majority of that waiting period was due to parts that were backordered or unavailable through supply chain difficulties. I give credit to Kenny and the service department that he took all of my 20 or so phone calls graciously and respectfully. He obviously can’t get work accomplished when parts are unavailable and we understand that. My cautionary tale would be to any future new car or used car buyer. Spend the extra money on the extended warrantee $2900. our final repair/replacement cost ended up being about $8000 which we only had to pay $100 deductible. Without the warranty we would never have been able to cover it. The car seems to be running well and I think Lithia did their best to give us service that was needed. Last bit of advice don’t call these poor guys screaming and threatening because they’re doing their best every day to feed their families just like everyone else. Mechanical work is never easy and there are always surprises that you cannot plan for.

Recently took my 2017 Audi A4 AllRoad into Audi of Anchorage to address an indicator light on the dash. Unfortunately the news wasn’t great and I need to replace the turbo. In spite of the bad news, I am deeply appreciative of the way the dealership handled everything. They were understanding, no hard pressure tactics and took the time to explain to me my options and what I could expect from the vehicle until I can get it repaired. I came away, feeling that I had a trustworthy relationship with the dealership and that I was getting an honest and fair answer from them. This is just as important if not more important than the actual repairs.

My visit was OK and checking in was much quicker than previous visit. However, they did not take my paperwork that showed that I had a maintenance agreement because they said it was all in computer and wanted to charge me for the filters when they were covered under the agreement. So they didn’t change the filer for me for my 70 k mile check in. Otherwise Service and detailing was very good.
