Stopped into the dealership expecting to have my loaner vehicle ready to after my flight was canceled leaving the East coast at 3:00 am and arriving in Scottsdale where I grew up 50 years ago and now just returning but nobody at the dealership had any idea of where my vehicle was but one of your sales staff Adam Child decided to think outside the box and drove my and my wife to our hotel and had a great conversation on the way to the hotel! I know why you hired Adam great personality nice guy and would be a car from him any day of the week because he left the sales floor on his own time possibly missing a sales opportunity because he felt it was the right thing to do which is why Lexus will always rise to the top of any brand it’s about the attitude and environment of the dealerships and the staff!
