Great service and outstanding Service Representative - jvillejoe
We purchased our 2015 Lexus SUV from Earnhardt due to the great reputation they had for ongoing service. We have not been disappointed as our service rep, Andrew Wilson, has been outstanding and very accommodating due the distance we live from the dealership (northern Arizona) since we started getting the scheduled services. My wife and I can recommend Earnhardt and Andrew without reservation and with the respect that he is a true professional and genuinely nice guy.

Christopher Andrews provided first class services. He was able to show me the benefits and features on the car I purchased. He was very profesional, curteous and friendly. Both my wife and I were very impressed the way he helped us figure out how issues such as how we could get our car registered at our home state (Washington) completed. I initially went to have primary car serviced, and Christopher noticed my wife looking and went over to see if he could help. We appreciated his low key, but very helpful approach to answer our questions.

Avoid this dealership - Redhead
Sales manager failed to deliver on a promise made for condition of sale. Front bumper was to be made free of paint chips due to rock hits prior to clear protective shield (I paid over $1200 for this to be added). The shield has now exacerbated the paint chips. I’m in the process of escalating this to Lexus Corporate and dealership owner, Berge Group.
Additionally the transfer paperwork for my trade in was never completed and I received a notice of intent to suspend my vehicle registration from ADOT.
It’s being cared for TODAY (over 6 weeks later) due to my phone call. Such incompetence.
Didn't meet my expectations - Not a Bell Lexus fan
I have owned 3 Lexus cars. My last was an NX200T which I leased, but when I went in to discuss end of lease options, Bell pushed hard to lease a new 2018. I did think the residual value was high and Bell indicated there was no negotiating on that price since it was dictated by Lexus Financial Service. I ended up leasing a 2018, finalized the deal and they called me a few days later (after they had cashed my check) to say I owed them another $1000.00. A mathematical error was made by the finance person and they had not sent in the paperwork to get my car registered until I paid them the difference. I ended up agreeing to relinquish the additional wear and tear policy in lieu of paying the additional money, which was valued at ~$900.00 ( as they were correct on the amount), but the hassle and onus was all on me to rectify when it was their mistake. My expectation was that they could have apologized, and I was told the manager would call me, but never did. Then, a couple of weeks later I get a bill from Lexus financial service for $1344.00 for the 2015 leased car that I returned. Bell had looked over my car when I turned it in and said all was fine. Lexus financial service charged me $944.00 to replace the windshield (I had full glass on my auto insurance and could have had it done for free if they had let me know), but again, no respond from anyone at Bell when I let them know about this. Very disappointing.
New Lexus NX300 - Nancy
Thank you, Lexus of Chandler, for an A+ car shopping experience. After multiple searches on cars.com and to other car makes, I decided to come into the showroom not even sure if I wanted a Lexus. I drove away a couple of days later in my new NX300 with a big smile on my face. Karen Phillips, our Sales Consultant, was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She was patient as we debated on exactly what we wanted and led us to the right decision rather than pushing us.
After some back-and- forth discussion with Ed on pricing, we feel that we got a great car at a fair price.
I used to dread car shopping, but this was totally “new school” car buying at it’s best, lots of personal attention as well as an educated sell rather than a hard sell.
