My experience here was amazing. Mark Weiss was a great gentleman by guiding me step by step during the process of acquiring my new Lexus. This was the car of my dream and I was able to buy it on my birthday! I felt very well treated and respected by Mark, specially when English is your second language. I want to make emphasis of the professionalism, respect and culture diversity that Mark and all the people of Lexus Of Tucson had with me. Do NOT buy a used vehicle from this dealership. I recently paid more than fair market value for a used vehicle because I was told by the salesman that the vehicle was one of the best that they have seen. I even paid to have the vehicle shipped out of state. The vehicle was delivered at 10:30pm and the next morning we noticed a large oil leak in our driveway. We brought the vehicle right away to a reputable local Mercedes-Benz dealer, one that we have used in the past and trust. The dealer founds two very expensive required repairs to the vehicle totally around $7,500.00. We informed the Bell Lexus of these known issues with the vehicle including damage to the subframe (no Carfax reported accidents) and they refuse to do anything to assist with these huge repair expenses. Do yourself a favor and don't buy a vehicle from them. They do not stand by their vehicles and I highly doubt, given the issues we noticed the first day owning the vehicle, that they even had a mechanic examine this vehicle. Big thumbs down for this dealership. I would give zeros stars if I had the option.

Where to I begin to explain how wonderful this dealership is? James Charm, my salesperson, was so understanding and patient. He took the time to explain everything I needed. I had some difficulties with the car I purchased and he resolved everything! I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. Bernard Bryant, the sales manager was so friendly and helpful. The staff seem to get along very well and the atmosphere reflexes this feeling. This was definitely a different car buying experience for me!
