New Lexus SUV 350RXL - Pauline & Rick
Everyone was so professional from the get go. We appreciate not getting approached when we first visited. This is our first Luxury vehicle and after looking at the Lexus there is no comparing or going back to previous vehicle types. We want to acknowledge Joli Gaskell and Mark Auston who were very supportive, answered our questions and made us feel as we were part of the Lexus family from the beginning, a major decision to lease from Lexus at the Auto Mall. Not once did they pressure us to commit. Adam was so helpful in finding a vehicle that matched our request, working on the pricing and had it delivered in record time. Buying or leasing a vehicle such as a Lexus is an important decision, but starting and building a relationship of trust and confidence with the dealer is as important if not more. Rick Morreale was very efficient and took the time to answer our questions during the contract signing. ..
Overall we found that the Lexus at the Auto Mall team works very well to make clients feel comfortable and do whatever they need to do for a welcome outcome.

No Stress Lexus Experience - B&SL
Just bought a 2015 CPO Lexus ES350 from Mark Weiss. Mark was professional, very knowledgeable, and attentive to our desires and needs. Our first pre-owned car and first Lexus. We couldn't be more comfortable or happier with this decision. Mark and Keith Pratt worked together to make this transaction extremely easy. We look forward to a long relationship with Mark and the entire Lexus team. Cameron Fernandez succeeded in helping us understand nearly all of the techy gizmos that come with a Lexus. Thanks to all of you for a wonderful experience.
Didn't meet my expectations - Not a Bell Lexus fan
I have owned 3 Lexus cars. My last was an NX200T which I leased, but when I went in to discuss end of lease options, Bell pushed hard to lease a new 2018. I did think the residual value was high and Bell indicated there was no negotiating on that price since it was dictated by Lexus Financial Service. I ended up leasing a 2018, finalized the deal and they called me a few days later (after they had cashed my check) to say I owed them another $1000.00. A mathematical error was made by the finance person and they had not sent in the paperwork to get my car registered until I paid them the difference. I ended up agreeing to relinquish the additional wear and tear policy in lieu of paying the additional money, which was valued at ~$900.00 ( as they were correct on the amount), but the hassle and onus was all on me to rectify when it was their mistake. My expectation was that they could have apologized, and I was told the manager would call me, but never did. Then, a couple of weeks later I get a bill from Lexus financial service for $1344.00 for the 2015 leased car that I returned. Bell had looked over my car when I turned it in and said all was fine. Lexus financial service charged me $944.00 to replace the windshield (I had full glass on my auto insurance and could have had it done for free if they had let me know), but again, no respond from anyone at Bell when I let them know about this. Very disappointing.
Avoid this dealership - Redhead
Sales manager failed to deliver on a promise made for condition of sale. Front bumper was to be made free of paint chips due to rock hits prior to clear protective shield (I paid over $1200 for this to be added). The shield has now exacerbated the paint chips. I’m in the process of escalating this to Lexus Corporate and dealership owner, Berge Group.
Additionally the transfer paperwork for my trade in was never completed and I received a notice of intent to suspend my vehicle registration from ADOT.
It’s being cared for TODAY (over 6 weeks later) due to my phone call. Such incompetence.

Remember when all adults could form their own conclusions? Well, for that type of experience go to SS Lexus.

Terrible dealership, horrible experience. There are many places to buy a car...this is not a good choice.
Wasted a week of my time trying to purchase a car. The sales person was actually not the problem--she was very good. The back office finance and finance manager were terrible. Juggled the price around, failed to provide a breakdown of fees in a timely manner, waited a day and a half to provide a means to secure payment with a deposit.
Then once they did--used a high pressure, last minute phone call threatening to move or sell the car--after barely giving me an hour and half notice to review the docs online.
Zero integrity, reminiscent of 80's era used car sales tactics. Avoid like the plague...
