I went in to have service done on my Hyundai and started walking around the showroom. Amir came up to me and ask how I was doing. He casually started up a conversation and I let him know had a car in for service. He was able to convince me to take a look at newer models and actually kept the price low. I can honestly say that I have not had such a good experience in buying a new car EVER. It was painless and I was glad I walked into the showroom. The Service department as well - Leo was amazing- Thank you. My finance man- walked slowly through the process- I was able to ask plenty of questions - all with answers. The best part- I did not see the Sales Manager ever- did not bother me one time-

Worst experience in a kia service department that I have ever had!! If I could give no stars I would!! They prayed on me and tried to strike fear to do more work on my car!!:The mechanic exaggerated a issue with my vehicle to try and get me to get it fixed with them immediately!! It was confirmed by a collision center to not be as bad as this service center said it was and they over filled my oil be about a quart and won't get back to me to fix the problem!! Do yourself a favor DONT GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE its been the worst three days of worry and anger I have had in a while!! Can't even get them on the phone about about oil issue!!!

Never Ever do business here again. 2014 Kia Soul I bought from there. Engine problems. They lied said my radiator had a hole in it causing the engine to blow. FALSE it is over a year and a half later same radiator in the car never been repaired or replaced. I had the engine repaired somewhere else and they voided my warranty. I have paperwork and diagnostics from other repair shops that state nothing is wrong with my radiator. The car has a bad engine just like everyone else online has an no one at this dealership cares at all. I called Kia Motor and they stand by their dealer they said. What a joke. Its a shame too it was the second Kia I bought from them. Lost a customer for life.
