Arrowhead Lexus however penalized him financially( 1/3 of a December pay check once)if he gets too few stars each month on reviews. He consequently is forced to push 10 star reviews “or don’t bother giving a review”. His service manager confirmed to me that this is company policy. Is this what you want from car dealer? This is a rigged game!!!!
Don’t get me wrong, they rock for service... generally they are through, not pushy yet remind me of how to take care of my car. Their service is pricey compared to the BMW dealer I’m used to. Read their reviews knowing the service agent loses pay if/when you leave ANY THING less than a 10star review.

I am a physician and I just turned in a leased vehicle to Belle North Scottsdale Lexus. No one in sales was wearing a mask at all. I asked to speak to the manager and he put on a ridiculous plastic shield that didn’t even cover his face. He told me he would wear a mask if I wished. I reminded him that we are in the middle of a severe pandemic. He seem to be humored and he smirked. If you are at all at risk for COVID-19 or an older client, do not go to Belleview Lexus. They obviously don’t care about your health. I also reminded them six months ago to wear a mask and their attitude was the same; if anything they are worse now.

I picked up my GS450h yesterday and was extremely disappointed in the condition it was returned. The carpets and seats were dirty with mechanic greasy grime on the seats and greasy boot marks on the carpet. There were components installed incorrectly and even not at all, that I had to reinstall correctly. There are now scratches on the passenger side of the hood were mechanics usually leans into the engine compartment. My luxury car was not treated as you claim with excellent service. This vehicle has always been serviced at Lexus in California. This was my first visit to Lexus of Tucson and I found this to have been extremely disappointing to say the least! Scratches on my car! Come on! How amateuristic is that! Not putting pieces of the car back together correctly?!?! One positive note is your service greeters and staff are very pleasant but that does not overcome the fact that my Lexus was not returned in better condition than I left it.

OMG!! I just brought my Lexus in for it's 1st service and WOW! was I impressed! If you haven't seen their new showroom recently, boy will you fall in love! It really makes that part of Speedway look great! Plus, the inside is like a luxury hotel! They even have a quiet lounge where you can go and get some peace & quiet instead of the hustle & bustle of downstairs! Plus, evryone is adhereing to all of the covid rules and wearing masks. They even disinfected my car before I got back in it! This new building(and the service) is amazing and the perfect addition to the neighborhood!

I had major body work done on my car. I was asked to take the vehicle when it still had unresolved problems. Since then I have had to bring the car back to have the door adjusted, hatch adjusted, and twice because local glass shops can't get a windshield to fit correctly. Every time I get the well, we have a life time warranty just bring it back. I don't want to bring it back, I want it fixed right the first time. Nice people but very disappointed in the results. The response I get is, "I don't know why it won't fit". I expected better quality, better service, and better handling of the problem.

Paint dust on dash. Paint on under dash. Paint on rubber gaskets & glass. grease on door handles & interior leather. Glass molding was not installed correctly. Repairs to paint came off on first wash.
Not what I expected from a Lexus Repair shop. This repair was done at the Speedway Location. Have had repairs done on other Lexus here without problems.
