I bought a Nissan rogue here, it took forever to get the financing. They went with the worst possible finance company, ripped me off on the vehicle I traded, and then stuck me with a 5-year old, overpriced piece of junk that I will never get paid off. Payments are $500.00 a month with 23.9% a.p.r interest. I am suffocating terribly with this loan, with no remedy or relief anywhere in sight...
A negative experience - Disgruntled customer
I've been a faithful and loyal customer for the last year. I only let them change my oil and service my car since the purchase. I love my car. At not point did the service department tell me my tires were at the point that my tire gaurd protection wouldn't cover the expense. Last oil change my tires were at a 5 and a month later they say they have nails and worn down to a 2. As professional Customer courtesy I should've been told my tires were no longer safe to drive and told me it would be 159.00 for a tire...I have never been so upset with someone I trusted to keep me on the road safely.
Bought an 11k vehicle, after getting home it has oil leaks! - Unhappy lady
This vehicle is going to take money to fix after begin told nothing is wrong with it. They said it was check out top to bottom. No way they could have missed this oil leak, we even found fresh RTV on oil pan in place of gasket.!!
