This was my second purchase at McLarty Daniel Nissan and both visits were very positive. Billy Turner was my Sales Representative and he was knowledgeable, courteous, professional and just made the entire purchase experience a very pleasant one. I hate being pressured and there was none of that from Billy.. He made me feel totally relaxed and comfortable in every way. He is very good at what he does.

Superior is the best Nissan dealer in NWA, I live in Rogers and drive to Fayetteville because of Superior's awesome customer service. I had 2:00 pm appointment but Called at 12:00 to see if I could come early they yes there wasn’t anyone there under up not leaving till 2:50 I have never experienced such rude and bad service as I have had here and the one in NLR where I purchased my car. Called back about I was treated very rudely by Brandon and then within 3 weeks my windshield was broken ( not of my doing or a rock hitting it ) also the air conditioner didn’t work I also could not get the app as I was assured I had it and then I had problems with a tire which the dealer in Little Rock said there was nothing wrong with it I took my there due to did not want to return to NLR

I bought a Nissan rogue here, it took forever to get the financing. They went with the worst possible finance company, ripped me off on the vehicle I traded, and then stuck me with a 5-year old, overpriced piece of junk that I will never get paid off. Payments are $500.00 a month with 23.9% a.p.r interest. I am suffocating terribly with this loan, with no remedy or relief anywhere in sight...
A negative experience - Disgruntled customer
I've been a faithful and loyal customer for the last year. I only let them change my oil and service my car since the purchase. I love my car. At not point did the service department tell me my tires were at the point that my tire gaurd protection wouldn't cover the expense. Last oil change my tires were at a 5 and a month later they say they have nails and worn down to a 2. As professional Customer courtesy I should've been told my tires were no longer safe to drive and told me it would be 159.00 for a tire...I have never been so upset with someone I trusted to keep me on the road safely.
