For the first time I didn't have to wait over an hour (or longer) just to get my oil changed. I was in and out in probably 1/2 hour or so. That was great.

I've never had a bad experience here from buying a car (bought 2) to getting my oil changed or car serviced. The staff are always friendly and not pushy like you'll find at some dealers. Even when I couldn't buy a car right away (car had been totaled but waiting on insurance) and I explained I couldn't buy anything and wasn't sure when I could. Jacob ended up helping me figure out what kind of vehicle I wanted. I shopped around at some other places while still waiting on insurance but I finally ended up back at Superior. Their customer service really is above the rest and Jacob could have just walked away instead of listening to my needs when I told him there was no way for me to buy a car that day or even that week. I appreciated it so much that by the time I was back I knew exactly what I wanted. Jacob managed to find on their lot a brand new Nissan Rogue with hardly any miles. And I love it!

Suppose to got two free oil changes, they could not find it, called for a few weeks to get oil changed, kept one on hold, or said they call right back, but didn't.
A negative experience - Disgruntled customer
I've been a faithful and loyal customer for the last year. I only let them change my oil and service my car since the purchase. I love my car. At not point did the service department tell me my tires were at the point that my tire gaurd protection wouldn't cover the expense. Last oil change my tires were at a 5 and a month later they say they have nails and worn down to a 2. As professional Customer courtesy I should've been told my tires were no longer safe to drive and told me it would be 159.00 for a tire...I have never been so upset with someone I trusted to keep me on the road safely.

I purchased my vehicle from riser Nissan about 2 years ago.. I love it..!!! However, my experience with the service department for almost 2 weeks.. Was Horrible.. Repeatedly they would call me.. Tell me my car was fixed and I would drive it for one day and then have to return it.. It wasn't fixed.. Well over $700 later and still a broken car..the last time I contacted them once again and was treated terrible.. They made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about.. I feel like either I was taken advantage of because I am a female or maybe the mechanics really had no clue in how to fix a my car..I bet if I was their mother, wife, or child this would not have happened. I ended up having to take my car to Riser Ford (which was amazing that they had my car fixed in a little over one day) It is not fair for the entire Riser Nissan Staff to have to suffer their loses of repeat business because the service department is very unprofessional. I will never go back!!!!
