My husband and I were in the market for a bigger vehicle, as we will be adding a new member in March. I had always loved the Edge and had wanted to test drive one. Crain Kia has always done my oil changes with my old car and it was time for a oil change so while there, we went and looked at the Edge. I fell in love with it and Crain was able to work with what I wanted my payment and helper us out so much. I highly recommend Crain for all services!

This was a re-repair as the first didn't work. They really worked with me! They were kind enough to come get my car so I wouldn't miss a day of work. They stayed in touch with me via text, and even worked with me on how to get the payment to them once completed. Sometimes repairs don't work, it's how they resolve the issue that matters. I'm very satisfied. The car was even washed before being returned.

Good afternoon McLARTY Nissan dealership. I have recently had my 2015 Nissan Versa serviced at your service center. I scheduled a appointment with my service advisor Jordan Camp. Upon my arrival on Saturday April 11 I was greeted by Jordan. He explained to me in detail what services were going to performed on my vehicle. Jordan was very knowledgeable about all services that were going to take place that morning on my vehicle. Took car in for oil change waited for 3 hours for a phone call for us to come pick it back up never got one decided to go and see what was going on car was parked in front of service dept with a dent and scratch's down the side of it went in to get keys asked them about it they went out there said it was like that when we dropped it off I knew it didn't have any before then asked for paperwork showing services done like they have always gave us before they said it would be mailed to us and they hurried back inside we left feeling rushed out of there and our questions not answered if not for the maintenance plan we bought we would never be going back there after the plan coupons are used up will never be going back for service or to buy a vehicle

NEVER do business with this place. I test drove a Sorento the keys never left my hand. I had my SUV for a Month and they call and tell me I have the wrong one! Are you seriously!! In the deal I wanted a hitch, it took four months and three trips to Sherwood to get it installed. Sherwood is 80 miles from my house, so for my troubles, the manager offered a years worth of free oil changes. The first oil change is free anyway. That is the one I have had, the manager says I had my free oil change and no one else of the four people I dealt with work there. The worse customer service and people skills ever. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, ANY WHERE ELSE

Brought in 06 Rio for airbag recall. What was quoted as a 1 hour job by the manufacturer took the service department 3. My vehicle was returned to me with numerous scratches in the interior and plastic coverings that were not returned to their original place. I immediately contacted Bale Kia upon noticing this and left a message which was not returned for 4 days. My call was eventually returned by managers whom were both rude and uninterested in compensating fuel costs for a return trip to the service department despite their poor work. I decided to cut my losses and take my Kia elsewhere for repairs to avoid dealing with subpar service and disrespectful management. I have no intention of returning to their service department or making purchases from their establishment so I asked multiple times to be removed from all contact lists. They still insist on calling regularly despite my requests.

My sister owned a 2016 KIA Elentre. She and I had to go to Green Forest, AR for a funeral. Her car had a major malfunction on the way to the cemetery. Needless to say, we weren't going anywhere after we reached the cemetery. Sis called KIA's road side service, car towed to the dealership in Bentonville, AR. Once we established that her car was not going to be looked at that evening a car was arranged for us to drive home, which was 3 hours away. The sales team and the general manager all worked their magic and got my sister into a car and we were very happy with how they treated us. We both recommend this dealership to others.

My wife and I attempted to take our car in for service (basic oil change). The entire experience from showing up with a nightmare. My wife attempted to ask question at one point and the gentleman in service just walked off. The person in the service department was extremely rude and disrespectful.
Also, if you don't have a KIA, beware it could take hours just to get an oil filter onsite for an oil change. This dealership made the decision to never own a KIA.. I'm glad I found out their service was this bad before purchasing one myself.
And I thought Crain was the worst in this area...

I've been taking my 1994 Honda Prelude (my baby) to Honda Pro for several years now. They use only Honda parts and the quality of work is superb. They never try to push more service on you like some tend to do, they just put comments on your receipt letting you know any recommended work that might need to be addressed at some point.
Always friendly and helpful!
