Good afternoon McLARTY Nissan dealership. I have recently had my 2015 Nissan Versa serviced at your service center. I scheduled a appointment with my service advisor Jordan Camp. Upon my arrival on Saturday April 11 I was greeted by Jordan. He explained to me in detail what services were going to performed on my vehicle. Jordan was very knowledgeable about all services that were going to take place that morning on my vehicle. My mother has a 2000 Sentra that she bought from Riser Nissan which is now Orr Nissan.I was transferred to John Dear,really his name,I had a very unsual request.I was calling from Memphis,TN and needed someone to go to my Mom's house in Hot Springs to get her back window up.... After I got through talking to John,on SATURDAY AT 1:10 ,he DID go to my Mom's right away and fixed her window.This is more than astonishing on a Saturday at 1:10.I would recommend everybody meet this wonderful person and if you're wanting a car,he'd be my guy! My Mom's car is 17 years old and looks like it just came off the showroom floor and my Mom is 88 and I couldn't drive to Hot Springs from Memphis so he is the man to go to!!! Never will get my business again. Very rude and unprofessional. Waited over 2 and a half hours for an oil change and tire rotation along with checking to see what was wrong with our radio.
A negative experience - Disgruntled customer
I've been a faithful and loyal customer for the last year. I only let them change my oil and service my car since the purchase. I love my car. At not point did the service department tell me my tires were at the point that my tire gaurd protection wouldn't cover the expense. Last oil change my tires were at a 5 and a month later they say they have nails and worn down to a 2. As professional Customer courtesy I should've been told my tires were no longer safe to drive and told me it would be 159.00 for a tire...I have never been so upset with someone I trusted to keep me on the road safely.

I've been taking my 1994 Honda Prelude (my baby) to Honda Pro for several years now. They use only Honda parts and the quality of work is superb. They never try to push more service on you like some tend to do, they just put comments on your receipt letting you know any recommended work that might need to be addressed at some point.
