Service advisor Perla Soto of the service department did a wonderful job at taking care of my TLX from every step of the way from maintenance to doing anything to reassuring me about any and all concerns. She did her absolute best and I will always return to her for any and all concerns for my vehicle. She was able to easily arrange a loaner car for me especially when other dealerships couldn't even get me an estimate on when a loaner would be available. She definitely made going to a dealer an easy choice and returning to one an even easier choice!

My car is being taken back to them today to be assessed, I am praying that I am kept in the loop as I have given the seller a detailed list to give to Hardin. I had an amazing experience at Anderson Honda. I went in to see them five days ago about purchasing a pre-owned Civic, and I ended up walking out with a new one. From the minute I stepped out of my car, they greeted me and were friendly and helpful. Everyone involved in my purchase was extremely knowledgable and professional.
