I just bought a brand new 2021 GLC and Alex Bovee and his team were incredible. The entire car-buying process was so stress-free, and they were very patient with all of our questions. This is by far the best customer service I have experience while shopping for cars. We would highly recommend Alex and Mercedez-Benz Loveland without reservation. I had a flat on my 2017 SL. It was a run-flat tire so I drove to the dealership. Not having an appointment the Service Writer, Ken Davis, asked that I take a seat and have a cup of coffee while he worked me into their busy schedule. Shortly thereafter Ken advised me that the tire was not repairable and it would be the next day before they would have a replacement. They drove me home, picked me up the following day and returned me to the dealership. My car was ready, freshly washed and I drove home. All this took place once I arrived and Ken took charge. Great dealership and personnel.

Invoice #318070: Went to do the last of my pre-paid services. The former assistant manager and service advisor made errors on my service in 2019 and they stated I will have a free/make-up service. They never inputted the information into my profile. Luckily, I had the invoice with notes of the issue. The service advisor, Lorenzo Sanchez, kindly honored my request with his extensive research and patience with me. We also had the airbag recall completed. Lastly, Lorenzo and Mike Hill gave me advice that I will certainly use going forward with this location's service dept. Thank you So much!

Terrible service terrible management the poor performance and service experience aligned with all the other unhappy customers. The GM Terry Minnick Service advisor Geoffrey and Director are misleading and are incompetent.

This was, by FAR, the BEST car buying experience I have EVER had!! Everyone I had contact with went out of their way to make me comfortable, and pressure free. The service I received was second to NONE!!!
