Frustrated with what the repairs would cost me, Tyler recommended he work with me to purchase a new car. After just a few hours and Tyler’s resilient work. He was able to give me MULTIPLE options to walk out with a brand new car. I highly suggest this dealership and most importantly Tyler when purchasing a vehicle. I was stunned when I brought my truck in for service today. There was an apparent difference in the experience. I had always thought the service experience was mediocre at best. This time, no more waiting to talk with someone when you drive up, no more searching for your service representative to find out what was going on with your vehicle. Everyone you saw at the dealership recognized you, was very helpful and extremely courteous. I walked in and saw a guy in a white Ford polo (different than everyone else) and asked him if the dealership changed ownership. He said no, but I am the new service manager. I told him the service experience was incredibly better. It was so obvious as soon as you drive in. Told him kudo’s and great job. Nice to see this in these times where we have lost our service mentality. Made my day. Good to know this is what you get when you hire a real pro who is has the right skills for the job.

This place is AWESOME! I bought my car from another state and moved back to Florida. I have taken my car here for service. This dealership has taken care of me as if I had bought the car there and am looking to buy another. If I was going to buy another car, I would buy it here just based on the service dept. Nathan Huff has been excellent as my service advisor. Terry Bruno, his manager has been exceptionally understanding (In case you are wondering why the manager was involved, it had nothing to do about Nathan, service, or the dealership). I found out about this dealership when Mike Erdman Toyota, which is closer to me, tried to rip me off. Do NOT ever go to Mike Erdman Toyota.

I don't know who is in charge of this place, but they are literally the best. I had a really nice car leasing experience here, two leases in a row, nice price and terms, overall really like Volvo... but the icing on the cake is my recent experience with the service department. For some reason, I was having some issues with sensors in my car popping up on the dashboard. I took it in, they looked at it, quickly gave me a fresh loaner, brand new XC40 (man that thing is zippy!), and I was on my way. The new sensor delivery took longer than expected, this was around the holiday times, and Juan Mesa at customer service kept me updated perfectly. He expected quicker turnaround, told me the bad news when there was a delay, didn't sugar coat it, and just kept me up to date. We are getting the car back today, and I don't know if I explained it properly, but Juan's overall demeanor and just being on top if it was refreshing, as most companies aren't like that these days!!! Anyways, highly recommend Volvo N. Miami and Juan Mesa. Thank you!!!
