Took my 2004 Mercury Grand Marquis (61,200 miles) in for maintenance and service, first time since moving to FL in Aug. 2024. Was having issues with malfunctioning A/C and non-operating wind shield wiper pump. Was given an estimate of close to $2K for all that needed to be done, including "The Works" (oil change, tire rotation, multi-point inspection). Had to leave my car overnight, which I assumed before going in. Was called the next afternoon letting me know that my car was ready to be picked up and that there was "really good news". Turns out that my estimate was going to be LESS THAN HALF of the estimate that I was previously told. Turns out that my A/C needed only a small part that the dealership already had in stock! TONY SWAIM IN THE SERVICE DEPT. IS AN ABSOLUTE ROCK STAR!!!!!!!!!!!!! He saved me about $1,000! I couldn't be any happier with my experience at Gary Yeomans Ford and will definitely have all my future work done there. 😀⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Also, Derek the Shuttle Driver, was a fantastic conversationalist and a joy to meet! Also a 5-star employee. 😊⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We have experienced reliable, professional and very thorough service for the 6 years we have been using Gunther Kia. A good example is Chris Lopez in the service department who went out of his way to help us quickly with a loose battery cable which he fixed and even helped us change the key fob battery!
