One week ago, I scheduled an appointment to change the oil at your location. At the time of the call I was quoted $170.00 by representative name Kali or person with the first name K. When I brought my car for service on today - 10/31/2023, I was told a very different price by Sabrina. The price was $230.00 or $250.00. Utmost, I was lied to by an agent of the Dealership. Volvo Osteen is a HUGE disappointment for me, I feel like I was taken advantage of. I will no longer service my car at this location. I am sorry, Daytona Volvo charges for the same job $150.00.

I like to take advantage of the specials, this time on multi point inspections & oil change, to have any service work done on my much loved 2014 Volvo XC60. They always make sure I have a loaner car to use when leaving my vehicle, which I really appreciate. I find the gentleman that book with professional and a really nice man. I've been a Volvo owner now for over 25 years. Love the brand. Always feel safe. Great to drive.

AFTER THEY ORDERED THE HYDRAULIC LIFTS FOR THE BACK DOOR & I BROUGHT IT BACK, IS WHEN THEY ULTIMATELY NOTICED THAT MY CAR HAD BEEN HIT IN THE REAR DOOR & I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW IT. I ASSUMED WHEN I COULDN'T GET THE REAR DOOR TO GO UP OR DOWN, THAT THE STRUTS WERE WORN OUT. BUT THEY SHOULD'VE CHECKED THAT OUT! NOT JUST ASSUME THAT WHAT I THOUGHT WAS WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS! IT TOLD ME, THEY HADN'T EVEN CHECKED IT OUT! IN THE END, I HAD YOUR BODY SHOP DO ALL THE BODY WORK REPAIRS & I AM HAPPY WITH HOW IT WAS REPAIRED.

I was told online 800 down I get there about a hour in it changes to 1400 down then 2 hrs in they take my check stubs from me to make copies and when the salesman returns he tells me the owner said I can put 2000 down so if I want the car I need to come up with more money...by now I have already paid for the insurance and the tax tag and title and just about to pay the down payment...the worst thing of all I paid uber 70 dollars to get there and I had to pay another 124 to get home after being there for 4 hours and not getting a car. I am so disappointed and now I have to wait another 2 weeks to try some where else cause of all the money spent on uber's.
