They will handle your insurance issue or claims professionally. They will never give you a problem while waiting for you car repair to be finished. Terrible Service Department!! I am very Disappointed in how my experience was handled, or lack thereof! I made a formal complaint to VOLVO USA for help with this dealership and opened a case number with them, also asking for the Regional reps help as well to keep them accountable. Almost no communication about anything, I always have to chase my service person down. The service manager doesn't respond or return any phone calls either. I have had issues that are needing attention for months and they literally are ignoring my phone calls in the service department. I shared with everyone I could, even my sales person who helped me buy the car, that I have my daughter in this vehicle to drive her to school and I do not feel safe driving my car any more due to the shaking and pulling hard to the right. Zero response form anyone other than my sales person, and you think your safety would matter to someone at this dealership. The car has spent more time in the service department than in my possession. I may even sell the car, after spending almost $50,000, but I can't even sell the car because they haven't returned my calls to try and fix the car. I purchased their flagship, S90, and would have expected some level of customer service... but I feel as though I would get better service at Kia, while paying the Volvo price for the car. I even reached out to the Sales Manager for help and received zero response back from him either! Horrible experience, can't wait until this is all over... too much work to work with these people at Volvo. Such a shame it has come down to this, me acting out of character to just get someone to acknowledge what is going on.

Since I started to take my truck to that place for service, I realized that they do not do things well because the air caps of the tires began to disappear, they left the oil drain screw loose and my parking lot got oil of the house, they keep me all day to do a simple maintenance of the truck that I have to do there for the guarantee because if I do not do it I lose the guarantee, I have paid for special services such as the change of transmission oil that do not appear in sun files so that way they recommend doing it over and over again.

I had my Toyota Corolla repossessed and rented a car in order to look for another car. I purchased a 2007 Mercedes Benz from ABC for $9,999. After I got it home within 2 months I had to put $741.00 for engine work. The people who did the work (an A+ rated shop) advised me it needed another $1,000.00 or so work done. Then I checked with Kelly Blue Book and found the car booked for around $2,500.
I gave ABC Autos $2,500 down and made 4 payments of $250.00. ABC also charged me 22% interest.
I went to a reputable new car dealer and they advised me to drive the car back to ABC and park it and leave the keys in it. I did return it after paying them a total of $3,500, $1,000 more than book value.
Sure they put me in a car when I was in need but the price of being in need was ferocious. I bought a new car with $300 down and half the interest ABC Autos charged me.
BE AWARE!!! this company preys on needy people. You don't have to be treated that way. there are plenty of good-hearted dealers out there.
