I had to perform my first maintenance on my C8 Corvette, and was struggling to find a location that could take me in at short notice, as I also had a nail in my tire, and along came the Service Department at Steve Rayman Chevrolet! Their friendly and courteous staff were awesome! Everyone was so polite and helpful! I must say, My Service Advisor, Alexandria “Alex,” was a total rockstar; seeing my service through final completion! This is now my dealership of choice! Thanks Team!!

He and his team did a full inspection of my car and did not make me feel pressured at any step of the service. Chris knew my car held sentimental value and treated the entire transaction with me with a respect and sincere care. He even found discounts for some parts of the service. I had an appointment for the 18 of August, but after talking to my Sale Consultant Greg Moore he talked to Brandi in the service department and she was able to get me in on the 21 of August for the recall of my 2022 Kia Telluride. Everything was taken care of in less than 2 hours.

Also Check your final invoices they will change your email address in order for you not to receive a review of your service visit so it won’t affect their CSI scores and affect their incentives/bonus. They changed my email address by adding a 1 at the end of my name, not smart!!

I've left many voicemails over the last week with Luis Hernandez, my service advisor, and he hasn't returned a single call. The customer service is truly horrible.
