We purchased a new Ford F-150 here because the service department was awesome.
Cutter Ford lost out because of their lack of customer service while speaking to me about service for my Explorer that had a pre-paid service plan and extended warranty. They treated me as if I was asking them to do work for free, when they are able to be reimbursed by Ford Motor Company. Because of the crap service I got from Cutter, I reached out to Honolulu Ford to do my regular maintenance and was treated respectfully. Because of this when it was time to get a new vehicle, we came back to purchase a new truck for my husband. Attitude is everything. A bad attitude makes you lose out on a sale, a positive attitude encourages repeat customers.

This is my third lease with Mike Saunders, Sales Manager and second with Greg Castillo, Finance Manager. I’m a repeat customer because I’ve always been treated like family. They listen and bend over backwards to make me feel appreciated. I can honestly say I’ve never drove off the lot disappointed. Didn’t experience problems with my prior 2 and don’t expect to with this one.
Some close to me and many I know of look down on Fords, but their opinion on my truck that they put no money into is something I could careless about. I’ve owned a brand new Dodge 2500 Mega cab which has always been my dream truck and had nothing but problems. Not going to lie I was skeptical giving up a truck I’ve always wanted for my first F-150. However, Ford helped me get rid of my vehicle burden. We all know vehicle problems are the worst.
