My second service visit went extremely well because the service staff went into "above and beyond" mode when I showed up thinking that I had an appointment. I did have an appointment but with Honolulu Ford from where I purchased my 2020 vehicle. They emailed me about a service that was due of which I thought was from Cutter Ford, Aiea. Nevertheless, the Cutter Ford service staff offered to accommodate my service needs without an appointment. Excellent customer service! Needless to say, "I'll be back!" Mahalo nui loa Brian!

an absolutely shady dealer. my friend reserved her bronco two years back and this dealership wants 13k mark up. She didn’t pick the dealership but was assigned it based on her Maui zip code.
Where is the line between greed and capitalism? she was excited and waited 2 years only to be price gouged and having to complain to ford. They didn’t mention any markup until the car arrived on the island.
many dealers on mainland will deliver for sticker and she may end up bringing one from there.
She ended up complaining to Ford and AG in HNL for being price gouged.

Very poor Customer Service, Repair Department. #1 Girls in the Service office couldn't be bothered, like I was taking them away from their busy time talking story, that was the 1st time. #2 Had to do my own customer service follow up if parts were in yet for the repair, when they clearly said, "we'll call you"; but didn't mean it obviously as they did not. #3 Had appt, and like deer in headlights "what?; why you here?" bad experience, bummer I'm forced to deal with them because of factory warranty's.
