Returning a Lease Car and Getting a New Lease Car - Brad
Yesterday I traded in my lease for another one and was met with a new sales person, Royce Murai., who's been employed with Tony Honda for a couple of months.
Tony Honda definitely scored with this individual as he was extremely professional, courteous and full of positive energy.
Only part that was frustrating was the time it took from when I showed up and when I left with my new car---almost 6 hours...4 hours longer than I wanted to be there. Thankfully, I had some great conversations with Royce Murai, Vic Pojas, Val Arakaki and Gunner Hartner. Tony Honda definitely has some great employees.
I do hope, however, is when I return in 3 years for another car, that Tony Honda figured out a way to streamline their process in reducing the time it takes in getting a new car.
This being said...I was very pleased with the Great Service by Royce Murai!

Always nice to have people who know what they are doing. The Car is done right and on time. I overheard the discussion of an issue with another car. A repair had been done overestimate but there had been a mistake and the owner was not notified. They caught this issue and resolved without the owner even knowing. Granted they had to honor the estimated cost but I was impressed they did not wait for the owner to identify it on the bill and demand it- they took care of it without forcing the owner to have to fight about it.

I like taking my car to handa windward because they make it easy for me. They’ve tracked the service and wear on my CRV and keep it happy for me. Justin insured I understood what was necessary at this service. And I’m happy because they have a very nice shuttle driver to get me home. And I’m sorry I’ve forgotten his name.
