Andrew and George were very helpful this morning. Andrew was courteous and apologetic that there was a slight mix up with who would be servicing my vehicle, but he stepped up quickly and offered assistance with no hesitation. George was the fill in shuttle driver. He was just as nice and accommodating.

When my mom and I first arrived at the dealership to buy my first car, Julius was there, ready to assist us in any way possible. I ask about the car I wanted to look at and see about the prices. After going through the process, making the final decision was a bit difficult. But thanks to Julius and Khem, they did their very best to give me a deal that best suits my budget and making sure I get the greatest satisfaction I could ever receive. They noticed that I fell in love with the car and they wanted me to take the car home. I appreciate their efforts for taking the time and making sure that things work out for me. I went in planning to test drive a couple cars I had researched and do some pricing compared to other dealerships. I ended up leaving the same day with a car. I have to specifically mention Wes, the sales rep I worked with. I had been emailing and speaking with him on the phone for a month first discussing possibilities about leasing a car, and then eventually changed my mind and wanting to purchase a car. He was extremely helpful, informative, patient, and friendly the entire time I worked with him. He is very good at his job, and goes above and beyond. He showed me the cars I asked about, let me test drive them, and told me all the specifics. When I decided I was going to buy one he was never pushy, and understanding the whole way through. He was genuine and honest and made me feel comfortable. Even after I had signed the papers and made the deal, he still was extremely helpful. It took so long to make the deal, he stayed with me until 10pm! I was worried about the safety check and registration being up to date and he tracked down the paperwork and made me feel reassured when he was out sick! He also offered for me to contact him directly in the future if I had any issues with service/maintainace. I just have to say that Pacific Honda, you are very lucky to have Wes, he is an asset for you and I hope he is appreciated.

The service department took great care in helping me when I felt vulnerable and afraid after my car broke down in the pouring rain. They put me in touch with Honda Roadside Service with one call to the dealership. When I was back on the road I drove directly to the dealership which thank GOODNESS was open on a Saturday when I needed them. Lori then made me feel secure, welcome and took care of my issues and even squeezed my car in that day and got her team to install a new battery to ensure my car was safe to drive. Even got a complimentary car wash! Even in the rain it was nice to get back on the road with a clean car. The entire team made me feel as if my scary ordeal was behind me and gave me confidence to return with any other issues in the future.
