I was told I needed a new coil pack, new sparkplugs and sparkplug wires for my V6 F150 and quoted $735.
The plugs and wires had already just been replaced and had only done 890 miles.
I bought a high quality coil pack for $105 retail and installed it myself in thirteen and a half minutes. (You can buy a new coil pack for as little as $48) Even if I had required new plugs and wires, quality products would cost $70 total.
Even if they had replaced everything they wanted to it would have been an hours labor. Which means they are charging $560 per hour.
The story is actually much worse and not isolated but you get the idea.

Very poor Customer Service, Repair Department. #1 Girls in the Service office couldn't be bothered, like I was taking them away from their busy time talking story, that was the 1st time. #2 Had to do my own customer service follow up if parts were in yet for the repair, when they clearly said, "we'll call you"; but didn't mean it obviously as they did not. #3 Had appt, and like deer in headlights "what?; why you here?" bad experience, bummer I'm forced to deal with them because of factory warranty's.

My salesman, Iven, was very experienced and a good salesman. He answered all of our questions and didn't rush us. He made sure we got what we wanted. We got some great military specials too. I would highly recommend this dealership.
