I called Jerry Kraft to let him know which car I was looking for. In a short time, he called me back and let me know that he had found the car. He arranged to have a similar car for my Bride and I to test drive. During the test drive, he explained the features, and made sure that we were happy with the car. a very short time later the deal for the car was agreed to, and the car ordered and picked up. When we arrived back at the dealership, we completed the deal, Scott handled the financial arrangements, no fuss, no drama, just the very good deal we had agreed to. I keep my cars a long time, but this relaxed experience has been repeated for over 12 years through purchases of 3 Prius (2 of which I still own) and now this Sienna AWD minivan. Wills Toyota manages to keep customer curtesy foremost in mind, and that is why I keep coming back.

Work was done in a timely manner and the staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. The dealership was clean and having coffee and hot chocolate was an added bonus. Ice tea would be great for summer.
Dishonest service writer - Not impressed
They tried to tell me my brand new tires were worn and needed to be replaced. The customer lounge was very nice. The sales personnel didn’t bother me.

Sold me a vehicle with a coolant leak. When I made my sales guy aware of it I couldn’t get him to return my calls. I could smell the coolant day after I bought it. I can guarantee that a service guy smelled it too before it was out on lot. Really disappointed in how this was handled. Seems like they really don’t care about service because of the switch over to Edmark Toyota.

Negotiations were easy & we can live with the pricing we got. Just be aware that they put their best salesman in the financial office, while extremely nice he is there to maximize their profit.

I walked in early on a Monday morning to be greeted by a front door sales person, "What do you want???" I wasn't very pleased with his tone of voice so I told him I needed to speak with someone in the financial department. "WHY?" he asked. I had to talk to someone about my warranty extension. He sent me off not caring to make sure I wasn't bugging him anymore. Needless to say I drove to Salt Lake City later to get my new car.
