Aaron has to be one of the best auto sales person I have ever worked with. Professional, kind and non-pushy, and gets the job done! Just a pleasure to work with! Arron stopped at nothing to make sure I drove off the lot that day with a nice shiny brand new 2021 Toyota Corolla which I am loving! And we cannot forget Kristin the financial manager. Mrs. Brown is a work horse! Watching her work behind the scenes tirelessly was simply amazing! Like Aarron she wouldn't stop until they got me into a car that I loved. And throughout the whole process assuring me that she's got this, and she is going to make this happen. And she went above and beyond to do exactly that. An absolute lovely woman to work with. All business, but with a great sense of humor too.

For the first time I didn't feel like my business was appreciated. The personal touch was missing, disappointing. Normally, the person who accepts my vehicle takes care of keeping me in the loop about my vehicle. This time after I dropped off my Rav 4 and went into the lobby to wait, I never heard from that person again. That same person usually comes out to get me and takes care of getting the final paperwork done. This time, I received a text telling me my vehicle was done at least 10 minutes after I could see it parked out front. I then had to go find someone to get my keys back and complete the service. I guess all in all it wasn't that bad, I just didn't feel like anyone really cared that my vehicle and I were there.

We leased two cars and did both of them in Rogers Toyota of Lewiston and working with Issac Wilkerson. Our first car was a Corolla, SE and we got a C-HR, XLE today (5/20/2020). To lease the car, I needed to check a couple of models and trims based on our budget. I am happy working with Issac. What I like most about working with him are as follows.
i) Courtesy: he always did discussion/negotiation with utmost courtesy,
ii) Transparency: for example, he gave me quotes in writing format whenever I asked for, without any hidden conditions/tricks,
iii) Responsive and having solutions: he was always ready to respond to my questions and offering helpful solutions to let the process move forward.

I purchased a 2021 4Runner from Edmark Toyota in Nampa, ID on February 18, 2021. Just know that Edmark is all about doing what it takes to make a sale and get you to signed on the line. Don’t be in a hurry and get all your questions asked before you sign because there is no ‘re-do.’
After the sale they will not call you back. Whatever is agreed upon, get it in writing from the sales man and then get the manager to also sign off. The sales department and finance departments are FINISHED with you - 100%. I had questions about the GAP insurance and less then 24 hours after I took delivery of the vehicle, they refused to allow me to sign a new contract to remove the $988 so to lower my payment. So, I decided to go ahead and then cancel the GAP insurance and signed a paper to do so; at least that is what they made me think. They never cancelled the GAP in my contract. It is a good thing I called TMC to verify the credit was posted to my account.
So if you are buying a car from them; beware there is NO going back or 're-do's. Do you think this was just an accident my GAP insurance wasn’t cancelled? I think not. Today, Ive spent over two hours on the phone and writing letter(s) to arrange what should have been done by the dealership. TMC suggested I call Edmark and have them do the work. Then after my complaints, they agreed the ‘customer cancellation’ and then make the adjustment. Bypassing Edmark and deal directly with TMC saved me time, because Im certain to have gotten the ‘run around’ again from sales/finance’s poor administration. I am sure they take the short cuts in all matters; at the customers expense. You should bypass buying a new car from Edmark if at all possible; and if they happen to have the one and only car for you, be sure to CYA on every little detail while dealing with them. I have no idea how service is, I"m taking my car somewhere else - Peterson Toyota in Meridian and or Boise ID. I hope this helps someone.

I walked in early on a Monday morning to be greeted by a front door sales person, "What do you want???" I wasn't very pleased with his tone of voice so I told him I needed to speak with someone in the financial department. "WHY?" he asked. I had to talk to someone about my warranty extension. He sent me off not caring to make sure I wasn't bugging him anymore. Needless to say I drove to Salt Lake City later to get my new car.
