I made an appointment and had warranty work done on my 2021 Toyota Rav4 hybrid. It took longer than expected and they were short-staffed but they were able to address an additional recall on my car I wasn't aware of. I was offered an Uber ride (Edmark paid for) to and back from my house when vehicle was ready. There was a lot going on when dropping my car off at 8am but the service staff was efficient and it didn't take long at all. I had been a loyal Tom Scott Sales/service customer and was unsure about returning after it's transition to Edmark. After this experience, I feel good about coming back!

It’s always easy to make an appt., they’re friendly and quick with the service. I’ve worked with Kerrie Johnson on a couple of leases and purchased a Venza 3 years ago—she was awesome to work with and I love the car. Pat took care of me in the service department this week and he’s always very nice.
