I cannot express how thankful I am for this dealership, and especially Steve, the general manager, and Jason, in the service department. I live in the Kansas City area and our daughter is attending her junior year at K-State, which is also he first year away from home. She had just purchased a used Kia in KC, to get to and from school and work in Manhattan, and the day she arrived at school, her car broke down. Distribution of parts has been an issue, and finding the problem was no easy task, so Steve went above and beyond to make certain my daughter was able to make to school everyday and to work, and also to make it home for the holidays. The car had several issues, and Jason and his crew resolved every one of them. They are an exemplary team at Kia of Manhattan, and we cannot thank them enough for going the extra mile and assuring us that we need to worry about our daughter being away from home. Thank you again!
