I bought my 2015 Kia soul with 12 miles on it. This is my fifth recall. When I made this appointment I told them I wanted to add an oil change and I needed shuttle service. When I arrived today she didn’t have oil change down and I was told the shuttle service was unavailable. They offered to help defer the cost if I wanted to call and Uber. I am now sitting here waiting. If the shuttle service wasn’t available I should have been called and given the option to reschedule.

I purchased a brand new Kia Sportage from the dealership. Time came for my first oil change so I made an appointment. I went in and was told that it would be a minimum of 1.5 hours to do an oil change. I asked why I was not told it would be that long and was told by the service writer that they have that complain very often (in fact there was another customer behind me with the same complaint). He also told me that they are instructed NOT to tell the customers that the wait time is that long. There was not a service manager on duty for me to lodge my complaint. I was told that they would have him call me. Three days pass and I have to send a message that I never got my phone call. When I do speak to him he tells me this is the first that he has heard of my complaint. After speaking to him I understand why. I might as well have been speaking to the mechanic that was sitting and playing on his phone while I would have been waiting for an oil change. I have left a message for the GM to call me since he is the one that sold me my car. To be continued.....

Jarred was the person I worked with the longest. He was very friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. He worked hard to try to get me the best deal that stayed within my budget. He and JP stayed almost an hour past closing, because of an issue with my insurance, to get the deal through. Jarred personally. delivered the car to my home the next day and has followed up a couple of times since then to make sure everything was working okay and to see how I liked the car. He seemed very genuine and sincere unlike other sales people I've dealt with in the past.
JP and Chelsy were also very professional, courteous and helpful. However, I spent very little time with them
Jarred and JP gave me lots of advice related to the vehicle as well as financial advice for the future.
All in all, I am very satisfied with the great service I experienced. The car drives like a dream too. I will definitely refer family and friends if I learn they are in the market for a new vehicle.

I have owned my Abarth now over a year and a half. Best purchase I have ever made in my life. The dealer gave a great deal and the service department has been great to work with as well. While the car could sell itself, the staff truly have a passion for Alpha and Abarth and it shows every time I stop in to see whats new on the lot. After this one, I loved the car so much I bought a white one as well. May come back when Alpha sells a coupe version of the Giulia. Coby took time to drive my daughter and I around the lot to see all the models and talked about each one before I decided on which one I wanted. It was great so see his passion for cars was much like my own.

Very unprofessional likes to lie say your approved take your deposit and get insurance on the car and then have you wait for days and days to hear anything about your vehicle also likes to decimate against people who does 1099 wouldn’t buy from these people if I was it’s been 4 days and still waiting to hear
