I talked to the service manager about my tires I bought from them to be balanced. He said he would take care of it because I could get them done for FREE at discount tire and still had to pay to do something that should have been done in the first place. You shouldn't tell a person you will take care of it when I could have had it done for FREE

On Monday, August 23, 2021, I had my 2021 Kia Soul towed into this venue from Ohio. After 4 hours of wating, I had to keep self-initiating to see if they even looked at my car. eventually they told me it needed a new radiator and three hoses. They told me then that no parts Kia or Aftermarket were available in the area. They would have to Special Order them and they would not be there until Friday, This is our only car. I asked for a Loaner and they refused. I asked for them to Shuttle me home, 30 miles, to Ohio, and they refused. They said they would contact Enterprise Rental Car which would come and get me. They did. However, I did not have a credit card in my name so Enterprise refused. I am now working with their JSK employee Joe Hill. He failed to tell me that this rental joint wanted an extra 300 dollar deposit which I did not have. Then Hill told me he would call Ran's Taxi which is in his words..right down the street and reliable. This is at 0400pm. At 0600pm Hill and his department left. I called Ran's over and over on my burner and they told me someone cancelled out the JSK call for them to come and get me there. When I asked whom did that they could not respond. I told them to send someone. No one showed. I kept calling them. My burner cell went dead after a while. Shortly before 0800pm when their new car sales closed for the day I asked permission of their Receptionist to use a pxd phone of one of their New Car Sales people. She allowed it I calledf up the boone County Kentucky Sheriff's Depatrment for help. They arrived promptly D/ S Hill attempted to get them on the phone with his phone. He got no response. I told him my car was there and parts would not come in until last Friday He suggested I get an Uber driver. I told him I had no phone to do that. He got one for me. I arrived in five minutes. I had repositioned my car to the front door of JSK and parked in the handicapped parking space with my Ohio handicapped placard. J. Hill's crony had left my car way out in Triple Z in their parking lot--unlocked. I moved it up. I got "crip sticks" out for my beloved wife and myself and waited and waited inside and outside until the deputy showed up. The Urber driver had Ohio plates on his car. I arrived home shortely after 0900pm that nite. I am and was soooo pissed. On Friday, August 27, 2021, I, again, self-initiated a px call inbound to the JSK Parts Department., They told me that some parts came in the nite before and others that day. I called up J. Hill. No response. I called Josh Lindsey who is off sick on medical leave. I left messages over and over there all last week. On Saturday, August 29, 2021, Lindsey called me up and said he would be back and Monday August 30, 2021, and look into my case I called him up on Monday, August 30 ,2021 after J. Hill called me up and told me he could not find my key I told him that his staff left my car unlocked on his lot for now for a week and whom ever drove it to their parking lot knew where the key was You just cannot make this up. Lindsey late that day confirmed that the Special Order Parts were in. A bit later he informed me that they were still a part short, and they would have to special Order it from Columbus, OHio, and it would arrive on Tuesday ,August, 31,2021. On Tuesday, August 31, 2021, i contacted parts, after they left a message for me earlier that day announcing the name of the part that was in---which was ,wait for it, WRONG! I contacted Lindsey and Parts Parts informed me that it was supposed to be on the afternoon of Tuesday, August 31, 2021, via Fed Ex. I checked by px on that date with JSK Parts, mid afternoon and it still has yet to arrive. I have no other car. I am desperate. I am in abject poverty. I/ we need a car to get to missed appointments, asap, with MDs, pharmacies, hospitals, etc. I am old, white, multi-disabled, and a PROUD "challenged' Viet Nam War Era veteran of the United States Navy. Everyone else in my household is, too, unemployed, due to multiple disabilities. I mean, come on, man, how in the xxxx difficult could it be to get one CORRECT xxxx part of a 2021 Kia Soul Plus, with xxxx near 270k miles upon it. This place used to give this household stellar treatment after the New Car sale. In the last week or so it has gone to xxxx in a handbasket. Sadly, for the most part, communications via cell phone, landlline phone, e-mails, texts, voice mails, chat, etc. have xxxx near almost all been unreturned. Hey, JSK, if you have one of your staffers put some JSK dealer plates on any vehicle you have now available in your lot, drive it 30 miles to my place, have your employee give me the address to go pick up that Special Order part I will gladly go up and get it with your approval alone or with your staffer along and bring it back to your place for IMMEDIATE placement into my car to get it back to us on the road, again. What has happened to you quality control there to make certain that any customers, even poor, multi-disablefd ,veterans, multi-racial, can get ANY communications back, asap, assuring me/ us when the correct part will be in at JSK, and your Service Department will install it upon and into our car. We needed a car--ours--over a week ago Am I missing something here? Does anyone else out there have or has the recent similar experience there with JSK recently?

The worst service I’ve ever experienced! I have serviced many different cars in my lifetime and the service center at Cartown Kia is, by far, the very worst. Their service WRITER’S seem ignorant and their technicians do not care about quality or doing proper repairs. I even visited their Oil Change Department (separate) and it was terrible. Please do not trust this dealership with your vehicle!

I was treated with respect and honesty and ur never put at a table waiting forever I can’t say how happy I am for what Lucus and his manager done I recommend anyone needing a car go see Lucus he’s not just a straight up honest guy but will do what it takes in ur favor to help u get a new ride I give Lucus a 5🌟and the manager that done my financing a 5🌟as well I’ve truly never been treated this good by any were I’ve gotten a car.
