Alex was a pleasure to deal with, we had to wait a little while because the finance department was short handed but that gave us time to hit margaritas for lunch, which is always a bonus!!! We’ll be back for our next purchase and will recommend friends and family as well..

From the moment I walked into the dealership I got nothing but respect and smiles. My salesperson was willing to do what ever she needed to do to meet my needs. Grace was so positive and made the total experience so pleasant. She’s a keeper! I always dreaded the time when I had to purchase a vehicle and Grace made buying my new 3/4 ton Ram a great time!

Great Customer Service - Adam S
I worked with Vinny Danforth in developing a custom build of a 2020 Ram 1500. Vinney was professional, responsive, and attentive to the details I wanted. He offered me a great price on the complete package and did a little extra work to answer my questions on my specific situation to complete the build and order. If you are looking for a new build Ram 1500, I recommend you speak to Vinny.

My son was driving home to Maine from visit in NH. AAA towed his vehicle to Bessey because it was closest to him. The tow driver was amazing. Then at 10 this morning, my son called to ask if they could possibly get the car in to, they diagnosed and replaced the alternator and had him on his way at noon!

My 2020 Jeep is the 4th one I have owned and the sales experience with Bodwell was by far the best one I have had anywhere. Evan Paione, the sls mgr, is a real asset to Bodwell. From day one he bent over backwards to make the sales experience excellent. There was never any pressure and he and his organization consistently went out of their way in spite of the crazy times in which we live. If their service group is half as good as their sls team, Bodwell will be a total home run! Ralph Davies
Excellent sales team - Ryoung9621
I just bought a used Toyota Tacoma at this dealership. The salesperson was helpful, respectful and courteous. He was easy to work with and was positive when asked more than once for the best deal available on the used vehicle. He was assisted by others in completing the sale. It is a young, able and friendly team and an experience that was lacking in stress. We were able to come to a very fair price.
very helpful and they don't waste your time - Hemi
They helped locate a vehicle I was interested in, worked immediately on trade number and to see if vehicle was available. Told me they could get all info ready for me and notify me when They had it all so I didn't have to wait around as they new I could be doing other things other than sit there and wait for an hour or 2 unlike other dealers that make you feel like if you leave the deal is dead.
Called me back with numbers and sent email a little while later, gave me very competitive numbers 1st time around. And questions regarding with specialty items service manager came right out to confirm what could and couldn't be added. one of the best experiences to date in 20 years for buying and trading.
1.5 years and still can't fix my Pacifica's issues - RobZ444
I have been taking my 2018 Pacifica (which was purchased brand new) to Quirk for service since I purchased the vehicle. I have had issues with the UConnect system since day 1 and have had it into Quirk 8-10 times for them to diagnose and try to fix the issues. I was initially told by the service manager that he did not think there was really anything wrong with the system and that it was my fault because I had a USB connected to the system with my iPhone and that I was trying to do too much with the system before it had time to load. After several more visits, he was able to finally get a couple of codes from the system and I was able to show him one of the issues with the back up camera. Over the past 1.5 years, they have made several software updates and once changed a video converter. However, I continued to have issues with the UConnect system. Recently, while on vacation, I took the Pacifica to another dealership in another state who was unable to get the system to take an update and ultimately stated the radio needed replaced. I was unable to have the other dealership change the radio as my vacation ended, but I took the write up from the dealership to Quirk where the service manager refused to just change the radio and wanted to continue to do their 'process.' Well, after 1.5 years of their 'process' with no resolution I had had enough and I told the service manger off. I regret the way I made my feelings known to him but I do not regret the message. In short, Quirk has had 1.5 years to diagnose and fix my vehicle but have not done so. They wanted to continue their 'process' and wait for 'updates' for who knows how long.
Horrible experience! - Tcote65
I bought a nice 2012 dodge ram in auburn, me after getting home from Afghanistan in the marine corps. I then relocated to farmington to live and work so I decided to try to keep my business local. After having brake issues and a small recall job for a gas tank strap, I decided to take my truck over to Farminton Franklin Crystler for service to have it done professionally, so I could have it for my fathers moose hunt. I realize that the hourly rates at dealerships can be expensive, but I figured it would be worth it because they are a dodge dealer and they would be able to figure it out faster than an average joe mechanic. Boy was I wrong! The first sketchy situation was that I drove over there with no known battery problems but when I called them later in the day they stated that my battery was dead on arrival so they had to jump it and put a new battery in ($188.59 with labor costs included). On the bill I received it states "customer states battery dead, test and replace as required." Next thing was a squeaky belt which I did mention when I dropped it off. That turned into their adamant recommendation that I need to now have my water pump, fan clutch, and tensioner replaced($646.73). There were some check engine lights associated with the breaking issue. I had them clear the codes and "fix the issues" that caused said codes. There employees told me that the only thing related to my brakes that they could find wrong was a failed brake lamp switch and abs control module so they replaced both (576.84). They "cleared codes, retested system, passed. Test drove good." So after $1585.44 I pay and take my truck out of the parkinglot. Immediately, I realized the brake issue has not been fixed (full brakes by compressing the brake down 1/2 inch)and my traction control light is still on. While on the moose hunt my brakes locked up twice to the point of almost causing me to go off the road. In order to drive I had to shut the truck off, pump the brakes, and repeat until my brakes would release. When I got home I called the dealership and told them what was going on. They apologized and had me bring it in the following week. I dropped it off on Tuesday morning and hadn't received a call so Wednesday at about 4pm I call them to get an update. They said they were still trying to figure it out and that they hadn't realized before that the "parking brake levers at the rear wheels were stuck in the applied position. Will need parking brake shoes and pivots, but did not disassemble rear brakes". They also stated "they dont even know what can of worms this could mean." At this time I paid then another $228.75 for their knowledge and decided they weren't touching my truck again. So, after going in for a small recall issue and brakes, after about $1800 I am still having all the same issues before I dropped it off there. I have never felt so taken advantage of or ripped off in my life. I will never recommend anyone to go there for buying a new vehicle or for service. I am disgusted and extremely angry.
Durango Purchase - durango2015
Very good customer service. Being one of the 1st few to purchase a Chrysler product from this dealership, things went pretty smoothly as the staff is still learning the new system. Very accommodating. Highly recommended for anyone is the market for a new or used vehicle.

Dave at the dealership was very patient with us. This was our first time getting a car, and he explained a variety of things very thorough. The experience here was great.
