I went into the dealership because I saw a Jeep sign and needed help pairing my phone with my rental Jeep. Tyler Cote was kind enough to set up my phone and music from phone.
I was not a customer there and I thought it was very special that he took the time to help me out.

Leak repair and regular service - Genny
I found a leak in my vehicle. Was able to schedule an appointment in less than a week. Also while there had to have regular service completed. Annual inspection also done. I was able to use a loaner vehicle for free. There was no charge for the inspection and also I was no my "free" oil change. I enjoy saving money so this was a win win for me.

I called to review a service estimate for an already scheduled upcomming appointment. Service advisor Andrew should not be dealing with the public. He was extremely rude and combative over the phone to the point I canceled the appointment and went elsewhere. As a result, customer lost.

Just purchased a new Jeep Wrangler Sahara. Process couldn’t have gone smoother. Dealer was able to install Mopar lift, bumpers and winch prior to pick up. Great dealership, great people
Excellent sales team - Ryoung9621
I just bought a used Toyota Tacoma at this dealership. The salesperson was helpful, respectful and courteous. He was easy to work with and was positive when asked more than once for the best deal available on the used vehicle. He was assisted by others in completing the sale. It is a young, able and friendly team and an experience that was lacking in stress. We were able to come to a very fair price.

Had a good experience at Hartley’s. Very nice folks who worked with us to get what we wanted. Only thing I didn’t like what the prices were wrong online for a few trucks that were not honored due to an “upgraded package” on them they added after the fact.

Horrible experience! - Tcote65
I bought a nice 2012 dodge ram in auburn, me after getting home from Afghanistan in the marine corps. I then relocated to farmington to live and work so I decided to try to keep my business local. After having brake issues and a small recall job for a gas tank strap, I decided to take my truck over to Farminton Franklin Crystler for service to have it done professionally, so I could have it for my fathers moose hunt. I realize that the hourly rates at dealerships can be expensive, but I figured it would be worth it because they are a dodge dealer and they would be able to figure it out faster than an average joe mechanic. Boy was I wrong! The first sketchy situation was that I drove over there with no known battery problems but when I called them later in the day they stated that my battery was dead on arrival so they had to jump it and put a new battery in ($188.59 with labor costs included). On the bill I received it states "customer states battery dead, test and replace as required." Next thing was a squeaky belt which I did mention when I dropped it off. That turned into their adamant recommendation that I need to now have my water pump, fan clutch, and tensioner replaced($646.73). There were some check engine lights associated with the breaking issue. I had them clear the codes and "fix the issues" that caused said codes. There employees told me that the only thing related to my brakes that they could find wrong was a failed brake lamp switch and abs control module so they replaced both (576.84). They "cleared codes, retested system, passed. Test drove good." So after $1585.44 I pay and take my truck out of the parkinglot. Immediately, I realized the brake issue has not been fixed (full brakes by compressing the brake down 1/2 inch)and my traction control light is still on. While on the moose hunt my brakes locked up twice to the point of almost causing me to go off the road. In order to drive I had to shut the truck off, pump the brakes, and repeat until my brakes would release. When I got home I called the dealership and told them what was going on. They apologized and had me bring it in the following week. I dropped it off on Tuesday morning and hadn't received a call so Wednesday at about 4pm I call them to get an update. They said they were still trying to figure it out and that they hadn't realized before that the "parking brake levers at the rear wheels were stuck in the applied position. Will need parking brake shoes and pivots, but did not disassemble rear brakes". They also stated "they dont even know what can of worms this could mean." At this time I paid then another $228.75 for their knowledge and decided they weren't touching my truck again. So, after going in for a small recall issue and brakes, after about $1800 I am still having all the same issues before I dropped it off there. I have never felt so taken advantage of or ripped off in my life. I will never recommend anyone to go there for buying a new vehicle or for service. I am disgusted and extremely angry.
The single worst customer service experience. - ba22hockey
I purchased a new 2015 dodge durango from this dealer. I recently brought it in for an engine light that was coming on, going off, and sometimes flashing. I explained the problem they said no worries they would check it out. They called said it just needed spark plugs $340.00 for spark plugs to be replaced. They also at the same time tried to tell me I needed a new radiator it was leaking (it is not per dealer #2) I took the vehicle back and within 10 miles the engine was having the exact same problem. I brought the car back asked them to access the problem again and credit me for the labor that obviously didn't fix the issue. They refused to credit that labor. I took it to another dealer who in less than an hour told me about 4 additional problems that the car had and needed attention that the other dealer failed to mention. If you bring your car to them you better know what needs to be replaced. They will do the bare minimum, not review what may be the root of the problem and just attempt to patch repair the job so you'll be back in or bringing it to another dealer later on. If I Could give the quality of work a 0 I would.
1.5 years and still can't fix my Pacifica's issues - RobZ444
I have been taking my 2018 Pacifica (which was purchased brand new) to Quirk for service since I purchased the vehicle. I have had issues with the UConnect system since day 1 and have had it into Quirk 8-10 times for them to diagnose and try to fix the issues. I was initially told by the service manager that he did not think there was really anything wrong with the system and that it was my fault because I had a USB connected to the system with my iPhone and that I was trying to do too much with the system before it had time to load. After several more visits, he was able to finally get a couple of codes from the system and I was able to show him one of the issues with the back up camera. Over the past 1.5 years, they have made several software updates and once changed a video converter. However, I continued to have issues with the UConnect system. Recently, while on vacation, I took the Pacifica to another dealership in another state who was unable to get the system to take an update and ultimately stated the radio needed replaced. I was unable to have the other dealership change the radio as my vacation ended, but I took the write up from the dealership to Quirk where the service manager refused to just change the radio and wanted to continue to do their 'process.' Well, after 1.5 years of their 'process' with no resolution I had had enough and I told the service manger off. I regret the way I made my feelings known to him but I do not regret the message. In short, Quirk has had 1.5 years to diagnose and fix my vehicle but have not done so. They wanted to continue their 'process' and wait for 'updates' for who knows how long.
Durango Purchase - durango2015
Very good customer service. Being one of the 1st few to purchase a Chrysler product from this dealership, things went pretty smoothly as the staff is still learning the new system. Very accommodating. Highly recommended for anyone is the market for a new or used vehicle.

Dave at the dealership was very patient with us. This was our first time getting a car, and he explained a variety of things very thorough. The experience here was great.
