It was a pleasure purchasing a new F350 Crew Cab Lariat from Rowe Ford Westbrook with Daniel Otieno's assistance. Daniel has a good working knowledge of the vehicles he sells, He answered all questions in a thoughtful manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. Sales Managers Eric Young & Danielle Devine showed an active interest as we worked through the deal while maintaining a relaxed atmosphere. F&I Manager Liz Wallis presented all information in detail and answered all questions thoroughly. After the deal had been agreed to, Daniel realized that I had my Rottie in the vehicle with me. He immediately invited me to bring her in where she met staff nonstop while paperwork was being completed. It"s safe to say the dealership is dog friendly. The atmosphere at Rowe Ford Westbrook was professional and welcoming. Overall, it was the first rate experience I expected it to be. Positive experience in all respects buying my new Tucson Hybrid. In particular, salesperson Cooper Scott's thorough knowledge of the Tucson and of comparative/competitive models (which I had researched myself) was impressive, especially considering his relative newness to the profession. I appreciated his friendly & informative, no-pressure approach. I received a fair (dealer) trade-in value, and the transaction processed smoothly. I haven't yet interacted with the service department.
