My husband and I had the best experience buying a new 2018 Kia Sportage at VanSyckle Kia! Jeremy was our salesman and we honestly can't say enough good about him. He was very knowledgeable, personable, extremely helpful, pleasant, considerate and made us feel like very special customers. The Manager, Mike, was also pretty awesome. we told him what we needed our payment to be and he made it happen. The Showroom was clean and beautiful, the waiting room exceptionally comfortable and Jeremy offered both my husband and I something to drink while we waited for Mike to review the numbers. Jeremy and Mike are both pretty exceptional and they made buying a new car a really great experience! The Finance Department Representative was also very knowledgeable and helpful. If any of my family or friends is in need of a new vehicle, I'd be completely confident sending them to talk to Jeremy Everett.
Bait,and switch - Un-Happy
It has taken me several months to compose this letter,as I once had high praise for the Bill Dodge Auto Gr,but now that has changed. My family has purchased three cars from Bill Dodge,and infact I brought my daughter there,and she bought a car. It seems however,that times have changed. I attempted to trade in my 2013 Kia Sorento,but was intentionaly mislead,by a salesman pushing a lease,and if I agreed,i would end up in lease cost 26k+-,for a base 18 kia/or 700 a month,while telling me,i would reduce my current monthly of $292...Was he nuts or did he think I was nuts? So no deal! Some weeks later I went to their other Kia dealer ship in Saco,by phone,and was told,i could buy a 2018 AWD Kia/base model,for 27k,and for my ease,i would receive this deal at the Westbrook store.She also told me,as I insisted,that information about the deal would be sent to the sales mgr there.I also said,i did not want to make the roundtrip of two hours,if this was not the deal.She insisted I would be taken care of,and the price would be the same! So come Monday I go to B.D,Kia in Westbrook,and when I asked if in fact they had been contacted,and the numbers etc were told to them..Surprize on their faces,and she should have never told you that,but we can do something for you at about 32K...Oh great just 6k more. I left the sales mgr office,after some 5hrs of BS,plus the two hour round trip..They did not even offer to compensate me for say gas,or an oil change. I am very upset with a company,especially since I was a customer since 1998,and ready to buy a fourth car from them...Beware the sweet talk..Wm Mosca
Poor management - Upset
Had a recall on door handles done and they messed it up! Now passenger door doesn't open. I live 4.5 hours away. Asked if I could have fixed at Dealership in Canada 5 min away. Canada 1st says no but Charlies says yes. Then it went back and forth. Finally yes and I make appt. get there an everything changed. I call Charlies and talk to all new people and they say no. what the xxxx is wrong with you people.
