This is a wonderful dealership! - Rob I
This is a wonderful dealership! They fixed my A/C in my car after finding a broken tube. I had gone to another dealer who wanted to charge me $3500 to replace the entire system! Saved me a ton of money and did it in record time!

Matt Anderson handled negotiations politely and rapidly with no pressure.
He turned us over to Joshua Goulette for the sale itself and he was great. My son also purchased from Lee this Spring and recommended them highly.
Thanks Lee Dodge!

MacDonald motors has great prices on vehicles and the salesman made the buying process so simple. We told them the amount we were looking to spend and what we would like for a trade in and they made it work to fit us. It was a great process and we will definitely be going back when that time comes.
Jeff Warren was extremely patient and helpful with me as - Arbortech2021
Jeff Warren was extremely patient and helpful with me as a first time truck buyer. All of the staff involved really did an outstanding job getting me into the specific truck that I wanted, and ensuring that the truck was clean and beautiful on the purchase day. Well done central maine motors! I will be returning for my next purchase.
Although I didn’t seal the deal with Darlings, it was not - Thatgirldanie90
Although I didn’t seal the deal with Darlings, it was not due to any sort of poor experience. Paul Watson was top notch at listening to me, my needs and wants. Despite having very limited options in the parameters available, I never get pressured into something I wasn’t sold on or was outside my price range. He helped me understand what price ranges I could work with which helped me make more sensible decisions in my car buying experience. I highly recommend Paul at Darlings!

I bought a 2016 Charger there in 2017. - abolster.73
I bought a 2016 Charger there in 2017. It's a great car. This time at the service department they were super friendly and communicative. They have never been able to find out why my engine light likes to stay on. It's been an evap code since the first time it started to shine it's little glow. At this point, it's not worth the time. I brought it in the end of last year and while in there I had them check for a noise, which I described as a scraping. I thought it was the spoiler underneath, nope. Fast forward to 1000 miles over warranty and I had to have both drive shafts replaced. So with the parts not being available, I ordered one of them because I was told it was on backorder and no word on timeframe of availability. Literally the day before I get the one I ordered the Mopar comes in. The thing that bothers me is the $121 restocking fee which they did not mention. Other then that this was an okay visit, I believe they resolved my issue.

Love my new 2021 Wrangler! I was driving by when I saw it but they were closed. I went back the next day and spoke with Tyler, he was awesome. He made the transaction so easy, I would highly recommend him. I am glad I drove by. I ordered a soft top from them and Hope in parts was fantastic as well. I would definitely go back.

Will buy there again, and again. I bought a '15 Grand Cherokee. The staff was very low pressure, completely unlike other dealers. The car was delivered in immaculate condition, excellent value compared to the book value on kbb, they even topped up the tank! Overall very accommodating, professional, helpful, the way car buying should be.
Excellent sales team - Ryoung9621
I just bought a used Toyota Tacoma at this dealership. The salesperson was helpful, respectful and courteous. He was easy to work with and was positive when asked more than once for the best deal available on the used vehicle. He was assisted by others in completing the sale. It is a young, able and friendly team and an experience that was lacking in stress. We were able to come to a very fair price.

The maintenance department has caused damage to wheel lugs, rendering one unusable. This has happened on two separate visits. The maintenance department didn't accept responsibility for either instance.
Horrible experience! - Tcote65
I bought a nice 2012 dodge ram in auburn, me after getting home from Afghanistan in the marine corps. I then relocated to farmington to live and work so I decided to try to keep my business local. After having brake issues and a small recall job for a gas tank strap, I decided to take my truck over to Farminton Franklin Crystler for service to have it done professionally, so I could have it for my fathers moose hunt. I realize that the hourly rates at dealerships can be expensive, but I figured it would be worth it because they are a dodge dealer and they would be able to figure it out faster than an average joe mechanic. Boy was I wrong! The first sketchy situation was that I drove over there with no known battery problems but when I called them later in the day they stated that my battery was dead on arrival so they had to jump it and put a new battery in ($188.59 with labor costs included). On the bill I received it states "customer states battery dead, test and replace as required." Next thing was a squeaky belt which I did mention when I dropped it off. That turned into their adamant recommendation that I need to now have my water pump, fan clutch, and tensioner replaced($646.73). There were some check engine lights associated with the breaking issue. I had them clear the codes and "fix the issues" that caused said codes. There employees told me that the only thing related to my brakes that they could find wrong was a failed brake lamp switch and abs control module so they replaced both (576.84). They "cleared codes, retested system, passed. Test drove good." So after $1585.44 I pay and take my truck out of the parkinglot. Immediately, I realized the brake issue has not been fixed (full brakes by compressing the brake down 1/2 inch)and my traction control light is still on. While on the moose hunt my brakes locked up twice to the point of almost causing me to go off the road. In order to drive I had to shut the truck off, pump the brakes, and repeat until my brakes would release. When I got home I called the dealership and told them what was going on. They apologized and had me bring it in the following week. I dropped it off on Tuesday morning and hadn't received a call so Wednesday at about 4pm I call them to get an update. They said they were still trying to figure it out and that they hadn't realized before that the "parking brake levers at the rear wheels were stuck in the applied position. Will need parking brake shoes and pivots, but did not disassemble rear brakes". They also stated "they dont even know what can of worms this could mean." At this time I paid then another $228.75 for their knowledge and decided they weren't touching my truck again. So, after going in for a small recall issue and brakes, after about $1800 I am still having all the same issues before I dropped it off there. I have never felt so taken advantage of or ripped off in my life. I will never recommend anyone to go there for buying a new vehicle or for service. I am disgusted and extremely angry.
