Ample staffing and everyone seemed to be getting plenty of oxygen to their head. The receiving area was clean and efficient. The waiting area was pleasant enough with comfortable spacing between seats. Tables for coffee and snacks and desks for work. As a whole, a well conceived properly maintained system.

Had 35 k maint on Jane Littlefield’s 2016 Prius and a install of summer tires already on rims. Was called to OK cabin filter and wiper blades. Vgave OK. Then called that winter tires already lug nuts not Toyota ones. Took correct lugs and summer tires then installed. Having wife deal with your dealership as I am aging out. We were both very pleased with the team that dealt with us and hussle they showed. Had five different folks help us through the process and all were helpful and quick to aknowledge us. Thanks to all!

Sean the manager should not be interacting with customers. I got a call from Sean while discussing the car with my wife, and his first words in a very smart aleck tone were "Do you want this vehicle?" We had just worked out a deal 2 hours prior. I cancelled the sale and I will never deal with Charlie's Toyota again. So much for customers being #1

They did faulty repairs putting us at risk for bodily harm, stranding us, and costing me the money I needed to go visit my terminally ill father, and then refused to take any accountability, attempting to deflect blame and refused to refund me any money because of my negative reviews holding them accountable. They have no integrity and do not care about their customers. In my opinion, The quality of their service is highly suspect and I would not recommend this dealership.

Spectacular - New truck
Bill Carr Jr was our salesman he went above and beyond our expectations to help us purchase our new truck. He was patient with us answering all our questions and returning all our calls.
