Awesome dealership!! - John
Great experience. They are genuine and have your best interest at heart. We found a great deal on a used vehicle. Our salesman Mark Lawson was very professional.
Service department was the best! - Bbellpilot
A service code on my SRX suddenly popped up on the information panel while on travel from Virginia to New York. Lucky for me Jim Coleman Cadillac was convenient to get to. When I pulled into the service department, I was greeted right away and directed to a service advisor. Cesar Cuyun, one of the advisors couldn't have been more helpful. He was spot-on with taking care of the 4 wheel drive rear axle pump and got me back on the road as quick as anyone could have. Many thanks to Cesar and to Jim Coleman Cadillac.

More than expected - Steve
I live an hour from the dealership and needed a small interior trim piece replaced under warranty of my Cadillac XT5. The dealership drove to my home, left a brand new XT5 and took my car for the repair. They returned it the next day after the repair and a wash. I’ve spent 45 years buying new vehicles and this is a first.
Personable and inviting - Redsea14
They helped me with my questions via email for a few days before I made the drive to go check out the car. When I showed up they were extremely warm and inviting, and very open to my negotiated price target. Walked out of the lot very happy.
Service department - David T
A little upset about the service department right now, I’ve called twice and each time I’ve been on hold for over 15 min with no one coming back to the phone. They could at least come back and tell me they will call me back. I know they get busy and I’m a very patient service but it only takes a second to say we will call you back.
The service department sucks!!! - Mrodgers1963
Took my caddy in for a power steering problem, was told it needed over $1800 in repairs, went to a real dealership the problem was a $ 200 part .... will never step foot in that dealership again!!!
Dealership is desperate for money and will cheat you! - Tia W
I wish I can give them 0 stars for the poor service I received. I've never dealt with a dealership this desperate to cheat me out of a few dollars. I went to Capital Cadillac in greenbelt because my 2016 Buick Encore AC system stopped working this morning. I called in beforehand to confirm my car was under warranty. The shop promised I was covered under warranty just bring it in and they'll take care of everything. I called the tow early in the morning and I did not hear back from the dealership until right before they were about to close. The service rep, Ryan Holcomb, told me that although I am under warranty, work was done on my Buick that is not covered under warranty. Who authorized that? They charged me $160.37...AND I HAVE A BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRANTY, how did that happen? Well, okay... service rep, what did you do? He said they plugged in a plug that was unplugged. I was baffled and my friend agreed to just take me there in person. When I arrived at the shop and asked to get a copy of the invoice I was told that I could not have access to it and furthermore was told that they were not going to release my car unless they received payment and would not offer me a loaner car in the mean time. I'm a nurse working nights and missed my shift over this. I then asked to speak with a manager and was told no one was available and was then met with hostility and disrespect from the entire staff. So it's the weekend and I'm stuck with my car held hostage at the dealership and no other means of transportation until Monday. This has been an exhausting and stressful ordeal that could've been easily resolved. I would not recommended this business to anyone. I had to call Buick's corporate office to investigate this dealership. Proceed with caution.
I recently dealth with the dealership based on the... - thevikrc
I recently dealth with the dealership based on the recommendation of my sister and brother-in-law who were friends of the owner. They swore by the owner stating "he is a caring person (supposedly a paster of a churh) and will give you the best deal possible. He gave me a loaner vehicle while searching for one that met my initial criteria. This was on a Monday and I made arrangements on Friday to find out what he found. I originally asked for a truck but when considering the costs in gas and repair, I took his suggestion on a car. He met with me, my sister and brother-in-law. When disussing the price of the car, he stated the "bottom line" was $11,200.00. He wanted me to take the car home for the weekend and meet on Monday to make the final decision. The meeting took place with the same people present and I signed the paperwork (which was blank). I was very happy to get a nice car at a decent price and trusted the dealer to deliver on his word (the owner in fact). When I received the paperwork in the mail, the price was $1800.00 higher at almost $13000.00!!!!!!!! I will never trust this person again nor buy a car from this dealership!! I can't imagine this person at church teaching "Thou Shall Not Lie" "Thou Shall Not Steal"
