Another awesome experience at Jim Coleman Cadillac. Arslan, Godwin really went above and beyond. I came in less than hopeful and left extremely satisfied with the entire process. I keep coming back to buy more cars becuse of how pleasant the experience is. Great job guys 10 stars in my book. For the GM (Arslan) to greet us himself and work the deal, it's unheard of in a big dealership like this. The finance manager Godwin, went through everything with lots of explanation. Did not push to buy anything, and for that I bought the extended warranty. Thank you all for the Jon well done.

Here's the final version with the dealership named: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Experience Purchasing Our Escalade Sport at Fitzgerald Cadillac Annapolis We recently purchased a Cadillac Escalade Sport from Fitzgerald Cadillac in Annapolis, and it was hands-down the best car-buying experience we've had — worth every minute of the 2-hour drive. Before finding Fitzgerald, we worked with many other dealerships trying to track down our 2026 Escalade, and most treated us like they didn't need our business. We were told more than once that "this car sells itself" — as if customer service didn't matter. It was frustrating, especially for a purchase at this price point. Fitzgerald was a completely different story, and once we learned more about them, it made sense why. They're part of a smaller automotive group with only 14 locations, and they're employee-owned — and honestly, you can tell. There's a level of care and investment here that you just don't get at the bigger chains. Melissa, our salesperson, was fantastic — extremely responsive and had everything ready for us the moment we arrived. Conrad in finance was just as great, processing our paperwork quickly, never trying to oversell us on add-ons, and being genuinely personable throughout. In fact, we drove past about 4 other dealerships on our way to Annapolis — and in hindsight, that was absolutely the right call. If you're in the market for an Escalade and want a dealership that actually values your business, this is Fitzgerald Cadillac.

I leased my 3rd Cadillac today using my same salesman, Robert Alexander at Capital Cadillac. Once again, Robert was able to anticipate what I wanted and like, He was able to have precisely what I wanted and what suits me. It is refreshing to have someone in this business who does not make you feel "pressured" and who honors what I think is right for me. In years past, I have had the opposite opinion of some car dealers and salesmen. Not only was Robert hospitable, Kevin Graham remembered many things he and I had discussed 3 1/2 years ago when I leased my last Cadillac. These personable touches make a customer feel appreciated and that they are not being "sold a bill of goods." LOL. Even if we are, I feel better about it because the dealership is so helpful and concerned about making my experience wonderful.

I recently dealth with the dealership based on the recommendation of my sister and brother-in-law who were friends of the owner. They swore by the owner stating "he is a caring person (supposedly a paster of a churh) and will give you the best deal possible. He gave me a loaner vehicle while searching for one that met my initial criteria. This was on a Monday and I made arrangements on Friday to find out what he found. I originally asked for a truck but when considering the costs in gas and repair, I took his suggestion on a car. He met with me, my sister and brother-in-law. When disussing the price of the car, he stated the "bottom line" was $11,200.00. He wanted me to take the car home for the weekend and meet on Monday to make the final decision. The meeting took place with the same people present and I signed the paperwork (which was blank). I was very happy to get a nice car at a decent price and trusted the dealer to deliver on his word (the owner in fact). When I received the paperwork in the mail, the price was $1800.00 higher at almost $13000.00!!!!!!!! I will never trust this person again nor buy a car from this dealership!! I can't imagine this person at church teaching "Thou Shall Not Lie" "Thou Shall Not Steal"
