Our car had water damage due to a manufacturer’s defect in one of the hoses. The staff was kind, considerate, transparent, and more than accommodating during the 6 weeks the car was in the shop. The entire team headed by the manager, Matt Keenen, was exemplary in the delivery of what feels like an “almost new” automobile. Ashton Surber was the lead on the project that entailed the tedious removing, photographing, and replacing of numerous parts. She was open and honest and in constant contact with us as she navigated the communication between us and Nissan. Ashton was always available to speak with us and went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied.
