Dennis has always gone above and beyond for me, from a simple oil change to helping me get back home after an out-of-state breakdown. He is honest, trustworthy, and totally committed to taking care of his customers. If you have a Nissan, this is where you should go for repairs and maintenance!

September 1 2020 I received an email from Nissan of Bowie stating the 2020 Nissan Sentra car was fine. After two agonizing week without a car. After two weeks of suffering as a single mother without a car. Dawn Criste response on September 14th 2020 on google and Cars reviews that it was an “issue with the compressor”. September 15th 2020 2:07pm Dawn Criste left a voice message of 1 minute 36 seconds apologizing for the mix up. Mix up? How can you get the car mix up? When I specified which car I was talking about.
Came online, read a response review from Dawn Criste again saying “found NO issues with vehicle”. The brand new 2020 Nissan Sentra that was TOWED to the dealership on 08/31/2020. Dawn Criste also mentioned that the staffs at Nissan of Bowie have spoken to me several times. The last time I spoke with someone from Nissan of Bowie was on September 1 2020 and I have the recording to prove it.
And I am being threaten to pick up a car that have compressor issues? How do I know if you truly fix the compressor issues? You guys have been lying for two week now. Nissan of Bowie is trying jeopardized me and my children lives.
This pure discrimination because I am a female who don’t know about cars. Nissan of Bowie knows the brand new 2020 Nissan Sentra have issues. That’s why they keep going from nothing is wrong with the car to compressor issues and now to back to no issues with the car.
I will continue to update on social media( IG&FB babytom81 and rita tomlinson) until this matter is resolved by Nissan of Bowie.

After visiting Norris Honda and Firestone regarding a repair, I chose Graff's, as they seemed more confident about doing the job than Firestone and much less money than Norris Honda. Honda said they charged so much because their mechanics were certified - I asked because I knew the job did not take much time and the parts were not that expensive. Anyway, the job was done well by Graff's and within my budget. I recommend them.

VERY satisfied with my Lexus after Ed Zimmerman had his crew fix my car after it getting hit. My SUV looks absolutely amazing. I have been to other shops and NO ONE has ever made my SUV look this good. Thank you Ed and the entire crew at Jones Body and Collision Center! Ed goes way above and beyond. I will recommend him to every person I know.

Had engine problems, they recommended me spending $3,400 on a remanufactured motor with 75,000 miles on it. Seemed cool til I noticed they put old burnt out plugs and wires and other old parts on a great engine? Now I'm spending another $1000 on parts and labor less than 6 months later.. I asked Pohanka Nissan to change out old spark plugs while they had the engine out and they didn't. Yet charged me soo much. Why put bad spark plugs into a new engine and expect the engine to perform accordingly...???

Their service department has very poor customer service. I received conflicting information about repairs needed to my car. The service advisor did not follow-up and I have not been able to get in contact with a service manager to resolve the issue. They don't care!

As a previous commentor said, Scott, the manager, is an absolute jerk. He is rude, disrespectful, and unwilling to help. This place is disorganized, inefficient, and ultimately, dishonest. They make promises about service and work that they do not honor. I would strongly suggest going somewhere else.

This dealership is total and complete trash. I have been bringing my vehicle here for years until this past time. (Oil changes, brake and rotor replacements, alignments, 4 tire replacements, CVT replacement and many other services) I also use Jones Toyota for another vehicle, which was also until recently and will no longer do. I had issues, which video evidence was provided each time, and they could never find the issue(thought it was turbo related and kept my vehicle multiple times, and even for days to check the turbo). Was in fact the CVT. Long story short, magically, with only this dealership ever working on it, the recirculatory valve and corresponding air intake plastic cover gasket broke and were "glued" back together. Which caused me have to tow it to them. The repair costs hundreds of dollars, for parts and labor. $250 for labor alone, that the mechanic literally put the broken part on in front of me in less than a minute, to show me that was the problem. So the new unbroken part, that was literally top of engine and a couple of bolts to hold it on, took hours to replace? They also THREW my old parts away, when I asked for them back. Your dealership is a rip off, and disgustingly overcharges customers for parts and labor. How many customers has your dealership ripped off, because they didnt catch your fraud? I waited awhile to speak to the store manager, Steve Zell, who really didnt care and wrote some names for me to contact, because my issue was below him. I called the service director, Chuck Saneman, who couldnt care enough to even return a call. So while you ripped me off for the last time, you also lost a customer for life, including from your other dealership, Toyota(who an employee almost hit me with a car in their parking lot). If you read this, avoid this dealership chain, unless you like throwing you money away to a trashy business and get trashy service in return.

We purchased our vehicle a little over 2 years ago from the excellent sales department of Sheehy Nissan of Waldorf. We received 2 warranties on our vehicle. Over 5 weeks ago we brought our vehicle in for service. It was determined that the vehicle needed a new transmission covered by warranty. The Service Department does not call and update you about your vehicle and when you call to check on your vehicle, you go through 3 different people and the phone for your service advisor rings. When you finally complain and reach someone, they do not tell you the truth. They tell you your vehicle will be ready Monday, Tuesday, or Friday (the past 3 weeks) and it's not. When you ask to speak with a manager, they are on vacation or in meetings. I will not buy another Nissan because of the terrible service that I have received. Buyer BEWARE!

I bought a new Murano 7 months ago. The car cuts off while I’m driving it. The dealership said there is nothing wrong with the car. Meanwhile, there is traffic behind me coming towards me as I am driving my 2019 Nissan Murano. It has cut off three times and the Maintenance Light flashes on just before it cuts off and the ecselarator vibrates. The car is unsafe and Nissan will not let me exchange the car. Consumer Affairs informed me that there is nothing they will do since the mechanic cannot determine why the car cuts off while in driving mode. Muranos are not safe to drive and Sheyhee does not take care of loyal customers.

I have owned/leased nissan for 6 years and I have never seen such crappy service.
Now it's time to turn in my nissan and I couldn't be happier, this dealership's irresponsibility and lack of professionalism is so bad that I don't ever want to deal with such garbage again.

After receiving my car back from another local body shop I was totally devastated. It was horrible. My gray Cadillac CTS4 was 2-3 different colors/hues (GREEN). I was impressed with Criswell from the moment I drove onto the parking lot but the professionalism of Kevin Fleegle and Greg Harrell blew me away. The went over my car like a surgical team... every nook and cranny. They showed me all of the flaws and explainEd in layman's term how their resolve. The end product far exceeds my expectations. My car looked like it came straight off the showroom floor... SPECTACULAR
