Terrible customer service! Just went in to get a code for the radio because the battery (number 4 btw) they just replaced failed completely knocking out all the presets and requiring a code to access. They treated me as if I was an idiot and a nuisance, telling me that I should know that. After I complained they finally gave me the code, with not one word of apology for the failed battery or how I was treated.
