I went in to the dealership today (7/2) for a routine oil change. The customer service was very good! When my car was done, I saw my salesman Jim who sold me my Acura RDX three years ago. It was like I saw him yesterday.
Without any appointment he went outside with me and helped me figure out a few questions I had. with the Navigation system. He also helped me with other issues as well! He was helpful and so kind!
If you need to purchase a car or have questions, you really should deal with Jim.
