I was not pleased that the only thing that was addressed on the car was the windshield. Dirty air filter no tire rotation, no alighment.

Very disappointed with the treatment I’ve received at Acura of Peabody my last couple of visits. I’ve been an Acura owner for more than ten years now and never had an issue but my last couple of visits have been regrettable to say the least. The consultant canceled one of my appointments because he said everything that could be for rim that was poorly fixed was already done but on a separate occasion he pointed out that I still had a dent and he was going to order a new. On my last visit they were supposed to fixed my bumper on the passenger side and instead of fixing it they made the driver side worse and scratch the car. When I pointed this out to him he said that’s how the car is engineered even though on my initial visit he saw the issue and about the scratch he said he could not tell from the video they took if I brought the car with the scratches which I assured him I did not. Very disappointing to be told that a 2007 car was engineered better than a 2025 one. Love the MDX but if this is how I’m going to be treated might be time to move on to something else. Sincerely Very frustrated customer
