Just a smooth easy experience - Lmalmas
We worked with Sean Daggett and he was great, not pushy at all and made sure that we got what WE wanted. We purchased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Sean was able to get leather and heated seats added so that the car would be exactly what we wanted

Worst dealership to deal with. Very shady. Rude and... - MG
Worst dealership to deal with. Very shady. Rude and disrespectful owner.
Here is my story:
There was a GMC truck that I was interested to purchase on their website. The truck was shown as "in transit". So I called the dealership to see if it's available. Sales rep Mike spoke with me, confirming that the truck is available. He said that to purchase it I need to stop by the dealership and see Oman (GMC manager) to start the process.
So, knowing the scarcity situation with trucks, the next day I grab my two little kids and head to the dealership first thing in the morning. Just to find out from Oman that they cannot sell me the vehicle that is still in transit. He said that he would talk to the owner and let me know if it's possible.
The next 7 days I never heard from him, I called several times, left messages - nothing.
Today I called again and spoke with the owner Bill. He was rude and impatient. Kept asking me why I'm calling if I don't want to purchase the vehicle.
I was misinformed over the phone, lost 2 hours of my life to drive to this place for nothing and then listen to rude owner's yelling on the phone. Unbelievable way to treat your customers.
4 other dealerships I called had absolutely no problem selling a truck that is still in transit. Which I happily did at Banks GMS (Concord, NH). By the way, they have the lowest doc fee less than $200.
I recommend staying away from these shady people at Bill Deluca dealership. The owner is rude and practices false advertisement. There are much better places in the area.
After an extensive search for a particular GMC pickup... - Pickup Putdown
After an extensive search for a particular GMC pickup with specific options Sudbay was found to have a truck that matched. A deposit was placed and the vehicle build-sheet was printed.
After traveling a very long distance from out of state a truck was presented and paperwork was completed. When the truck was inspected certain options were not present. The VIN number didn’t match the build-sheet. This was not the truck that the deposit was meant to hold.
The truck that we researched, reserved, traveled to purchase had been sold to another buyer, out from under us.
This was a very disappointing and frustrating experience...
Called to purchase a NEW 77K truck. They had a black one.... - Maghan J
Called to purchase a NEW 77K truck. They had a black one. It had a deposit so I couldn’t purchase it. They had a white one. I called back the next day MULTIPLE times to speak to the New car sales manager I spoke to the day before (who was very nice) and was supposedly busy all day with a customer. So you’re telling me that he didn’t have 5 min to call me back or answer my call when I’m literally ready to buy a truck right now? It’s almost as if I kept getting blocked by others to not speak with him. HEATHER is super rude and terrible. I spoke to her first to begin with and she was terrible from the start. That’s why i asked to speak directly with the manager. I was transferred back to heather today who again made me feel as though me literally telling her I’m ready to buy the truck NOW wasn’t good enough and she side railed me. Yes I’m out of state but I could’ve paid money down over the phone and docs sent out same day! I purchased the same truck elsewhere. TERRIBLE customer service here and avoid HEATHER.
Horrible - Jetp
Sold me a car.....then sold it to someone else while I was at bank and driving there to sign the papers. Obviously was able to get more money from someone else. Utterly disgusting business practices.
We had terrible customer service while looking at 2... - Sashamae
We had terrible customer service while looking at 2 trucks located at their lot. We drove both cars which took 20 minutes. They were evaluating our trade while on our test drive. When we got back our sales advisor was no where to be found. She finally came back about 20 minutes after us waiting at her desk and said she had other customers to deal with. We then waited another hour until she came back, where we asked if we had numbers and trade values, so we could continue and possibly proceed with seeing if the truck was something that would work for us, however she said the manager was working on it and then walked away. After sitting in the showroom for about an hour and a half we finally just got up and left. No one stopped to ask if we needed anything. Many sales advisors and the finance manager saw us sitting there and no one asked if we needed help or anything. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever received at a car dealership. Not only was the service terrible, but the vehicles were overpriced according to car gurus. I will not be returning, nor will I ever recommend this dealership to anyone.

let me start by saying I am the proud owner of 3 C7... - garabediancraig
let me start by saying I am the proud owner of 3 C7 corvettes and have never been so disappointed in having my car serviced here at Diamond Chevrolet. My service experience started on 9/14/20 when I brought my 2016 Corvette in for two new front tires that were supplied by me and a rear tire also supplied by me. these tires are on super back order because of the pandemic and are impossible to find. Being in the industry for over 33 years myself I was able to get two new front tires from one of my vendors.
upon arrival I was greeted by Mitch Haddad and was asked to drive my vehicle with the tires In into the shop where I was told to leave them unattended (1300.00 worth of tires) in their shop. I even mentioned to Mitch are you sure??
he said no problem.... when I received the call that day to pick up my vehicle I did just that. as I do I looked at my wheels to see if there were any marks from mounting and balancing the new tires, there was not. I drove my car home that day and parked it for the night... over the next 3 weeks I was feeling the car just wasn't right (looser than normal) but trusting Diamond and their team I just kept driving it. on October 15th I went to have the car inspected and the inspector told me the front tires were bald and he would have to fail my car for safety reasons, as you can imagine I was furious knowing I just had the dealership install two new front tires.
as I went back to the dealership I saw Mitch and asked him to look at my car, he agreed that it wasn't possible that the tires could wear out that quick.
after a back and forth conversation with not only Mitch but the service director was brought in to the discussion, his name was Bill Swanson. Bill said they would review the security cameras and get back to me. I said you have three days... after three days passed I never heard from Bill or anyone from the dealership.
I finally reached out to Bill on October 21th and basically was told to go pound sand. when I asked to be transfered to the General I was told by Bill to call back!!
wow I was thinking.... then I left John Massad a voicemail and never heard back from him as well. So with that said the service not only cost me 352.00 for the repairs but 900.00 in new tires that disappeared from the face of the earth.
I'm writing this so you protect yourself from shotty business ethics like theirs!!
I will certainly be telling my story everywhere I got to prevent this from happening to someone else.
I am part of 3 corvette clubs that i'm sure will not appreciate the way I was treated for the money we spend on these cars!

I paid $118 to be told "battery vibrating and bouncing may cause battery to die prematurely." I can provide written proof of this.
Car still not fixed. They will not help resolve issue. We are troubleshooting from home.
I will be buying a new car in winter of 2021. I am very excited. It won't be from Bob Pion or any GMC dealership.

Disorganized and uncoordinated. The Good first, the vehicle we looked for was there in great shape and they offered very fair deal. The woman in finance was excellent and helpful (even though was cash deal) as was Ray helping get deal done after we moved on from salesperson John based on how he treats women.
The bad-John.. while leaning into back of vehicle with wife my wife simply asked if he would wear his mask correctly-not below his chin. Reaction was "listen lady I have been working all day and I am not supposed to even be here so relax" We moved on from John. Ray completed transaction, agreed to fix small chip in windshield by giving us a "WE OWE" slip then would get car titled/reg and inspected.
Next day-not done (reg & windshield), next day not done, next day not done but had to pick up so picked it up with no reg, Tyler did delivery and was kind but knew nothing about reg or windshield repair. Was assured they would mail reg and if we got winshield fixed they would reimburse. 2 days later we got windshied fixed and sent Mike the receipt and told him we still had no reg. He took a day but did fined it and did call ME vs making me chase him. He took pic and texted me copy of reg. Told me check and actual reg in mail. 7 days later-still nothing, 2 days later he responds that he was out sick and only owner can sign checks thus delay. next day (18 days after purchase) he says they are in mail, seperatly, 10 days later reg arrived, no check, it has now been 34 days since purchase-no response after calling daily. I assume they are disorganized and not fraudlent as with exception of john they have all been pleasant- just not getting job done..For small dealer there are lots of people/turnover and I dont think they communicate or are very organized.
If I could leave 0 Stars, I would for Service - Dan
I brought my car in for service 1 1/2 months ago. I wanted it evaluated to see if an issue I was having was covered under what GM calls "special coverage", not a recall per se, but similar. After scheduling an appt, my car was looked at and I was notified that cost was covered under GMs bulletin. However, the work could not be done with $900 worth of additional work that was not covered. It would take a few days to get parts. I started asking around and doing some research and was questioning this "additional work" When I went to pick up my vehicle that day, I asked my service "adviser", Rui, if the additional work was really needed and could he explain it to me. I was rudely told "I can't do one without the other if you want me to put the car on the lift right now I will!" I told Rui there will be no need, as they won't be doing the work. I have since taken my car to a more reputable dealer, where the work was performed under the special coverage from GM at NO COST and no additional work was needed to complete it. They actually held my car because they said it wasn't safe to drive, yet Alden let me take it because I wouldn't agree to to the $900 of additional work. My point, do your homework, ask questions before you agree to let Alden do any work on your vehicle. I saved $900 by getting mine fixed elsewhere.

Great Service, unexpected surprise - foodie42
I was really surprised at the excellent attention that was demonstrated by Rob Wayburn & Andrew. I wanted a preowned car within a certain price range. My first experience was with Robert several months prior, unfortunately I was unable to find anything at the dealership. Robert took my information and promised to notify me if anything comes in. At this point I was use to this being the last time I'll ever hear from a sales person. Pre-owned cars are a hit or miss issue as it is. To my great surprise, Robert called several months later with a potential car that will meet what I was looking for. SEVERAL MONTHS ! Rob, was attentive and kind, I actually ended up purchasing not the car Rob called about ( it did meet my needs ), but, a slightly more expensive car. I couldn't be more please with my experience as well as the car. I was treated very fairly & respectively. I has some minor issues that I wanted repaired or replaced. I went to Rob, he walked me to the service department & introduced me to Rich in the service department to make sure I knew who to go to. Rich was also friendly & very patient as I tried to explain my issues. Not a problem well take care of it. Even though this is not a GM product, I will continue to have my car serviced at this dealership. I just can't tell you how great my experience has been with Cape GM, Rob should be commended for his outstanding customer service skills, thus , making this dealership stand out more than others I have experience.
Use Chris Adams!! - MikeParkLembu
I've worked with salespeople at a variety of dealerships. I've bought Lexus, BMW, Honda, more. Chris Adams is by far the most professional salesperson I've run into so far. He helped me close out on a 2017 Terrain Denali. I actually never even knew much about GMC except that they make trucks. Happened to be driving by on the way to a Jeep dealership to shop for the Grand Cherokee Limited, and thought I might as well do my due diligence and check out GMC since they had some good looking SUV's outside. Chris Adams happened to be the salesperson at the door, and I told him I was just exploring. He was the opposite of the hard sell, and more like a high-end concierge at a 5-star hotel. I work in Cambridge, and have done most of my car buying in Boston and Watertown, so it was completely random stopping up here in Lowell. So glad I did! Chris Adams basically asked me what I was interested in, asked interesting questions to try to figure out my goals, and only showed me cars that I might be interested in. When test driving, he also let me drive wherever I wanted with absolutely zero pressure to hurry back to the dealership. It really let me relax and try the car out. Then when we got back, he asked a few more questions to figure out how I felt--no pressure at all, he really was genuine in trying to understand my goals. I left the dealership thinking I'd end up in a Grand Cherokee, but after trying the Cherokee out and feeling the quality and comfort was a level below that of the Terrain, I waited a couple days before contacting Chris again. Not a single phone call from the dealer, which is what I'd requested, since I find phone calls and voicemails tiresome. We started the process over email, and Chris was super responsive and detailed.
A 10 out of 10 experience, I would get another GMC when it's time to get another car if Chris is still around just to deal with him.

I bought a Buick Rendezvous from Long. On the whole, the price was fine. The Finance guy was a real ass. I nearly walked out. He was pissed that I got an Warranty Direct extend warranty. The service bay is clean. To the point that I am not sure anyone works there. The service people are not all that sharp. For almost a year there was an issue with the speed sensor. They replaced everything but the speed sensor. Finally, they planned to tear apart the transmisson. I got in a fight with the service manager. They finally check the speed sensor. They wiring harness on the sensor had cracked apart.
I just went to them for body work. They sent me to Brigham and Gill. They wanted $1700. They actual repair was done at Muzi for $700.
Long is no better or worse then the rest. The service people are not that sharp. I would buy another car from them but service it elsewhere.
