I have had about 40 cars in my life and I have never been as happy as I am now with this vehicle I have worked in a dealership for most of my life and an honestly say this place knows what they are doing i found my car online the people were so friendly and down to earth i felt so relaxed and got the best price a d deal ever my car was carefully inspected before i seen the people here are amazing i strongly recommend checking this place out i couldn’t be happier i am in love with my new car

Scheduled and appointment for service. I was told 2-3 days. It took 16. Not even a apology just attitude. Lied to through the entire process. I was told I should have had it serviced where I bought it if I didn't like it. Wow.

I have never been treated so rude or been so discussed with the service form a dealership or from any business actually as I was by the people at Fiat Norwood. From when I called for directions and they hung up on me to being asked after noticing my handicapped plates what was wrong with me and it gets worse that I can't even mention. I am not even going to get into how they deal with cars and trade ins. That was just down right insulting. Maybe it was because I was a woman coming in on my own and they thought they could walk all over me. I do not know but all I can say is STAY AWAY.
