I needed to quickly replace my wife's 2009 Honda CR-V, so I reached out to Nathan Doggart at Acura of Auburn from whom I had purchased a new Acura CL several years back. Nathan and his staff went to work, and a few days later I was at the dealership trading in the Honda for a 2023 Acura RDX with low mileage and in mint condition. I could not be happier with the treatment I received, and it was really no surprise. I've been dealing with Acura of Auburn since I bought my first Acura back in 1992, and the treatment and service I've received there has been consistently great over that entire period. I wouldn't think of looking anywhere else for a car, new or used.

I was not pleased that the only thing that was addressed on the car was the windshield. Dirty air filter no tire rotation, no alighment.

Poor customer service resolution for price misquoted over the phone. General Manager doesn't value customer feedback and is ready to lose customer over $250 issue.
