Friendly, efficient service. - Nancysmith946

Friendly, efficient service. Had my oil changed and tires rotated. My waiting time in the lounge was brief as the service was done in a very timely manner…the good news was I used my GM REWARDS POINTS and didn’t have any out of pocket costs for the service! 🤗

Bragged about them. - starrry1018

Bragged about them. Won’t be back when 5 month repair is finally finished. This beyond ridiculous.

Purchased a New Silverado, Process was so easy with friendly staff. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.

I worked with Mayo Noriega and he was personable, - hschonle27

I worked with Mayo Noriega and he was personable, professional, straightforward , honest in answering my questions. My car had a sticker on window indicating “needs work”. He explained why and off set cost of the inspection in price of car. The service department (Jeremy and Kenny) also through and while the Equinox I purchased does need work, the car is safe, I have estimates on repairs and can prioritize. It was a good experience and look forward to the next experience.

My husband and I ordered a 2023 Yukon from Team One. - hertrichj

My husband and I ordered a 2023 Yukon from Team One. We literally sent in the build we wanted and waited 5 months for it to be delivered. When we picked it up, it didn't have the rear entertainment screens we had ordered. The salesman tried to say he thought we didn't order it then seemed to realize he messed up and told us we could get factory GM screens installed and he would order them for us. We had the option to reject the car at this point but he admitted (in writing) we could get GM factory screens so we agreed to have them ordered and he said it would be a few months. After a few months, he didn't respond to any emails we sent. Turns out, Team One told us they can't install the screens after they build the car. So the salesman LIED to us in order to get us to keep an $80K vehicle. The GM told us that there wasn't much he could do because we "owned the car for 8 months at that point". We kept the car because their salesman lied to us. We will never buy another car from Team One and will tell everyone we know not to. Such a terrible experience when we paid $80K cash for a car we specifically ordered and the management didn't care one bit.

I cannot recommend Wally Edgar Chevrolet, Inc. - Lindzstylz

I cannot recommend Wally Edgar Chevrolet, Inc. highly enough. My experience working with this team has been nothing short of outstanding. Steele Cackowski was the reason we actually purchased these vehicles from this dealership!! I can’t recommend him enough!! I came into the dealership with very limited car knowledge, and to be honest, I was initially intimidated by the entire car-buying process. However, Steele immediately put me at ease with his patience, professionalism, and exceptional communication. He walked me through every step, thoroughly explaining all the details without ever making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. His approach was transparent and supportive, creating an environment where I felt completely comfortable asking questions, no matter how basic they might have seemed. What truly set this experience apart was the extra effort he put in to ensure I was informed and confident in my decision. He even took the time to create detailed videos so I could review the information at my own pace, which made a huge difference in helping me understand everything clearly. I know very little about anything electronic. This suv has tons of amazing upscale amenities that I would’ve had no idea how to use!! His dedication to customer service and genuine care for my comfort and satisfaction made this the most positive dealership experience I could have imagined. From beginning to end, I felt valued, respected, and completely confident that I was making the right choice. Unfortunately, we didn't receive that same treatment locally. The Chevy dealership here in Battle Creek, Michigan was dismissive and arrogant. They made no effort to help us, sold a vehicle we were actively interested in right out from under us, and refused to work within our budget. Because of that contrast, we are incredibly thankful for Steele and will never buy a vehicle from anyone else. If you are looking for a dealership that not only delivers excellent vehicles but also provides a truly outstanding customer experience, Wally Edgar Chevrolet is the place to go. I wholeheartedly give them my highest recommendation and will absolutely return for any future automotive needs.

The service department is awful. - lanavanhoe417

The service department is awful. We bought two different plans, one for the car and 1 for the truck. First, you make an appointment and still have to wait depending on how many drive in oil changes there are. We’ve had 2 problems that we “know” of. The program was for oil, tire rotation and 27 point inspection. That is a laugh. One time they said they wouldn’t/didn’t rotate tires because we needed at least 2 new tires. First, they should come find you, ask if you still wanted them rotated. They have no idea what our thoughts are on that. Next..on the truck they checked every box on their inspection form. Not even a week later, husband was checking out something in the area of the filter and surprised there was a squirrel nest, complete with nuts etc. Had to have been for quite some time. Took pictures and actually took it in and service MANAGER says he’s sorry.Has a lot of new guys and they must have missed it. That is our problem? We paid good money for the plan expecting good and COMPLETE service. Brought the car in for service. We were having a problem with it making a squealing noise and a clunking noisewhen turning l. Asked them to check it out. Pick it up, said all was good, again inspection report had all things checked. Take it home, next day squealing/clunking noise still there. You tube university here we come! First thing to check, steering fluid. Well guess what, barely a drop in there - 2 days after service was done. Then you start wondering what else did they miss. Get the opinion email to fill out saying they hoped we could give them all 5’s. In both these instances we could not. Reached out by e-mail, NO RESPONSE. Actually got a second one, replied again by email- no response. In March I sent another e-mail. Response THANK YOU!!! (not sure for what)) Will NEVER take our vehicles to this dealership. (GRAND HAVEN)

They fixed my truck. - mkindel71

I told the rep. - jkmmville

I told the rep. that the air filter light was at 0% he said they would look at it and let me know if it was bad and let me know if it was bad. they replaced it and put the "bad " one in the car. I do not know what a bad one looks like, but it did not look that bad to me.

I purchased my 2014 Ford Explorer from Ed Koehn in - Hannah

I purchased my 2014 Ford Explorer from Ed Koehn in Rockford on November 22nd. Approximately three hours after purchasing the vehicle, it experienced a long crank upon starting. I brought it back to the Rockford dealership on Monday morning, where they refused to address the issue. I then took the vehicle to Ed Koehn in Wayland, where they replaced the fuel pump under the warranty (I paid the $100 deductible). I drove the car for two days, after which the long crank issue returned. I contacted the Wayland location and was instructed to bring the vehicle back for re-diagnosis. I dropped it off on Monday, December 29th. The dealership had my car for a total of five weeks. During this time, communication was minimal unless I initiated contact. After several weeks, they reported that all six fuel injectors were bad, stating they believed the previous owners had used the wrong type of gasoline. One employee informed me that the warranty would cover the repair so we said they had the go-ahead to tear the engine down. After several days of hearing nothing, I called again and spoke with a different employee who told me the warranty company was not covering the repair and that they would complete the work for a discounted rate of $1,000. I questioned how I could be held responsible for damage allegedly caused by the previous owner, especially since the dealership’s website states that all vehicles undergo a thorough inspection prior to sale. I was told the vehicle was sold “as is” and that they would not cover the repair. At this point, I no longer trusted their diagnosis after obtaining another professional opinion. I was charged an additional $120 for the teardown, which I only authorized because I was falsely told it would be covered by the warranty. When I went to pick up my vehicle last week—after five weeks—it had approximately 16 inches of snow on it, indicating it had not been started or driven in several weeks. Upon starting the car, the check engine light was on and the vehicle was misfiring. When I initially dropped it off, the car was fully drivable aside from the long crank issue. There was no check engine light and no misfire. At this point, I have driven the vehicle for a total of two days and three hours and have paid an additional $220 with absolutely no resolution. I now have to pay for a tow truck to take the vehicle to a different mechanic to avoid damaging the catalytic converter. I have attempted to go through the chain of command with no resolution. I am absolutely disgusted and heartbroken by how this situation was handled. I come from a family of Ford loyalists—my father dedicated 18 years of service to Ford. However, due to this experience, I will not be purchasing any future vehicles from Ed Koehn and will be advising family and friends to do the same. I understand that I purchased a used vehicle, but when you buy from a well-known dealership, you expect some level of protection when serious issues arise within three hours of ownership. This entire experience has been a headache, compounded by poor communication and inconsistent information from multiple employees. I would strongly advise against purchasing a vehicle from any Ed Koehn dealership.

Tyler was great! - heavenboundnurse

Tyler was great! We found a 2018 Chevy Colorado at this dealership. It was exactly what we were looking for! Tyler had it sitting out front waiting for us when we arrived. The whole purchasing process was extremely smooth

don’t usually leave reviews, but I have to give a - Jonathan S.

don’t usually leave reviews, but I have to give a shout-out to Zachary Buckles at Bookwalter Chevrolet. From the second I met him, I could tell he wasn’t like the typical car salesman. No pushy nonsense. No fast-talking games. Just a good, honest guy who actually cares about helping you. Zach took the time to really listen to what I wanted, not just what he wanted to sell. He was upfront about everything — pricing, options, even things I didn’t think to ask. The whole experience felt easy and comfortable. And at the end of the day, I left with a great vehicle and peace of mind knowing I got treated right. Go see Zach Buckles. He’s the real deal. 💯🚘

Full of lies. - Mike

Full of lies. First my oil change emptied half or more of the oil on my new concrete when I returned home, then they told me the oil filter gasket was bad..funny there was no oil on the filter. Oil leak was on opposite side. An employee promised to come and clean the concrete today..the day is half over, not a word. They won't see me again.

great salesman & dealership - Michael

I just bought a car from Graff here in Mount Pleasant. - houghtonsurvival

I just bought a car from Graff here in Mount Pleasant. Two and a half months later my engine light went on and I went into the store and spoke to Shane. He was very helpful and told me he would WAIVE the diagnostics charge of $150. So I took it in the next morning and the lady I spoke with told me that they have a charge for the diagnostics. I told her that Shane said that they would waive that fee so she, very rudely looked at me and said I hardly think so. So she called Shane and he said he never said that. Apparently what he said was that he would "scan" it for free. That I can do at the auto parts store. I will never buy another car from ANY of the Graff locations. This is completely unprofessional. I understand that it's under no warranty but literally I bought this two and a half months ago.

My current review on their google pg Do not get - Roberta KolarGreen

My current review on their google pg Do not get service done there. We had our truck towed there over 2 weeks ago due to possible transmission problem, hasn't even been looked at and wasnt given a loaner while they take their sweet time so we are struggling with only 1 vehicle while they xx. Dont waste your time....and we bought it there....you would think the service would be better Update : It has now been 6 weeks and no the team never reached out, we have to call them. Our truck was supposed to be ready for pick up yesterday, now they say possibly tomorrow...still no loner vehicle while they want almost $10,000 to fix it.

If they had a negative star, I would be more than happy... - vrj003

If they had a negative star, I would be more than happy to give it. After my husband and his whole family purchasing from them for decades, they attempted to rip me off for over $4000.00. My husband, recently deceased, had a lease from them. I needed to return it. They offered $2000.00 on a trade in. Come to find out through Shea Chevrolet, downstate, I had $6500.00 equity in the vehicle. Well, guess where I went? And yes, I am spreading the word on Wheelers. Why would people you know treat you that way? :(
