I drove 2. - janjon56

I drove 2.5 hours to purchase my vehicle from Bowman and it was well worth the time! The dealership gets kudos for being comfortable, clean, non-pushy and super helpful in every way possible! Highly recommend! My salesman, Brad, was excellent! I never saw my vehicle -- it was all done on the internet -- and he was commendable to say the least. He never pushed. Gave me all the answers to each of my questions and when I hesitated for a day or two he was patient enough to allow me the time to make up my mind. Unlike other cars I have purchased in the past,, he took the time to explain every single feature to me before I drove away. I give Brad a 10 out of 10 for sure! Don't hesitate to go to Bowman -- you won't be sorry! P.S. I accidentally left my garage door opener there and two days later I received it via Fed Ex. So impressed!!!

We had a fantastic experience! - srj12

We had a fantastic experience! Larry made the entire process effortless from start to finish. he was knowledgeable, helpful, caring and genuinely focused on making sure we were comfortable every step of the way. He never made us feel pressured and always took the time to answer our questions thoroughly. Simply put, he embodies everything you want in a salesperson. As a procurement executive, I work with sales professionals every day, so I have a pretty good sense of what separates the good ones from the great ones. I'll tell you what - Larry is the real deal. He understands customer service builds trust, communicates effectively, and truly puts the customer first. Knapp Auto should protect him at all costs! The level of service we received was exceptional, and it's one of the main reasons we'll continue to do business with Knapp Auto in the future. Great vehicle, great dealership, great salesperson. Thank you, Larry & the entire Knapp Auto team.

Found a really fair deal on a 2yr old preowned Tesla. - ajwooster

Found a really fair deal on a 2yr old preowned Tesla. It was the right car at the right price, and Trevor Picotte, my sales person made everything super easy. Emily their finance manager was able to secure a rate 2% lower than my credit union for the same term. The whole experience couldn’t have been easier.

Purchased a 2018 Honda Civic from Golling Chevrolet in - Matt

Purchased a 2018 Honda Civic from Golling Chevrolet in Wayne MI. When we first looked at the car it was detailed very poorly. So I mentioned to the salesman Josh Burger that it should be detailed again and properly, quite frankly it was disgusting. When we returned the next day to pick up the car he boasted about how it was expertly detailed and looked great. But in reality it didn’t look like it was touched at all. Almost the entire car was dirty, such as the cup holders, center console, door pocket. Not only were the fine details not cleaned. The floor was never even vacuumed instead they tried to hide that with the floor mats. It wasn’t only dirt and hair, human biological matter such as dead skin and anything else covered the steering wheel and center console. The car was filthy and full of dog hair. I have attached photos of the disgusting detail job. I paid around $300 to have it detailed by LCB detail service who did a fantastic job and they offered to compensate me but only for $100 and refused to pay more than that, which was offered by the GM himself. I had asked if they could go up to $200 and they refused. Will never purchase from here again and I would recommend you don’t either. Bad establishment with a bad attitude.

I recently purchased a 2027 Bolt from James Martin - Kujo

I recently purchased a 2027 Bolt from James Martin Chevrolet, and working with Austin and Kenneth was the best dealership experience my wife and I have ever had. From the start, Austin made the entire negotiating process incredibly smooth. He was fully transparent, quick to reply, and ultimately gave us the best out the door offer of any dealer we spoke with. Even more importantly, he was friendly, patient, and nothing like the stereotypical car salesman. He answered all of our questions, addressed every concern, and took great care of us throughout the process. He also took the time to walk us through all the technology on the Bolt in a way that was easy to understand. Kenneth in finance was equally impressive. He was relaxed, clear, and never pushy. I walked in expecting the usual long, stressful financing experience with surprise add ons, but it was the complete opposite. The process was fast, straightforward, and genuinely pleasant. When we finished signing, I remember thinking that it could not possibly be everything because it was so smooth. We will absolutely recommend James Martin Chevrolet to family, friends, and anyone who will listen. Thank you, Austin and Kenneth, for a truly wonderful experience.

Marcus was amazing to work with. - Crystal P

Marcus was amazing to work with. Got me into a practically brand new, low mile, great, reliable car with low money down. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He really cares about his customers. I was interested in a different vehicle but he wasn't comfortable putting me in it after finding out the battery was dead. Hardest part was trying to get through to my insurance. Great staff, I was a referral and I will absolutely be referring others in the future!
