If I could give less stars I would. Worst experience with a dealership I've ever had! Bought (2) vehicles. First had a bad engine, so they traded with me after 4 months of phone calls and visits, traded for a 2016 that they presented a Carfax on that stated NO Accidents/NO previous damage. I asked the salesman if he was sure the veh was good, based on my experience with the first one, he told me yes, this was a good clean trade in. After having the car for 5 months, I took the car to a body shop to have a small split in the bumper repaired only to find out that the car HAD been wrecked and a lot of work had been done on the car! I went to (3) different body shops, including the one at Barnes Crossing, and all of them told me they could tell by looking at the front of my car that the front had been replaced. After close inspection, there was work done all down the passenger side, and across the front. I went back to the dealership and was told over speaker phone by a person calling himself Joe, the owner, that yes he will sell a car with a bad engine and yeah he'll sell one that has been wrecked before and not tell it because HE CAN! Lady you bought a used car and you take your chances when you buy a used car, and that if I have a problem with Carfax I can take that up with them! I had (2) other people with me, plus the General manager that made the call in the room, that heard this...I'm glad to know what they will sell you and what information they will withhold from you now! ***BUYER BEWARE***
Dossett Big 4 and it's team made car buying so much fun!! - My new Buick Encore
This was my first time ever to deal with Dossett Big 4. Everyone there was so helpful and polite. As soon as I walked through the door my salesman, David Leatherwood, was so courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in buying. Mr. Dosssett even made a point to talk with me and thank me for choosing his dealership. From the test drive to the financing, I could not have asked for nicer people to deal with. I would definitely recommend Dosset Big 4 and salesman David Leatherwood if you are looking for a new vehicle.

On Monday, February 26, 2018, I purchased a truck from Dossett Big 4 for my husband. On the very night of acquisition, within 45 to 50 miles of having driven it off the lot, the check engine light came on and the vehicle began having noticeable difficulties. I notified Michael Lambert, the salesman, of this failure. Mr. Lambert reassured us that Dossett Big 4 would make it right. After contact, it was posited that perhaps the issue had been bad fuel. We brought the truck to _______, and the mechanic cleared the trouble codes. The codes immediately recurred. Shortly thereafter, metal shavings were discovered in the oil. It became quickly apparent that Dossett Big 4 had absolutely no intention of rectifying the situation in any way. Meanwhile, my husband had grown increasingly agitated, as would any reasonable individual who had spent a great deal on a vehicle for it to be rendered inoperable within an hour of purchase, and he decided to call the dealership and speak with the Used Cars General Manager. As Kyle described what had happened and expressed the need of Dossett doing something to make this travesty right, the manager audibly chuckled. At this point, Kyle was infuriated and expressed his frustration in terms that the manager found offensive.
As Kyle was livid, I thought it best to have my father speak with Mr. Dossett to see how we could best handle this. Upon speaking to Mr. Dossett, my father was told that they would have helped us out, but because Kyle had the utter audacity to become irate at such an egregious display of disrespect and lack of common decency as the one displayed by the Used Cars General Manager, Dossett Big 4 would count that justification to withhold any remedies otherwise deemed appropriate.
As to our experience, I cannot speak to whether this unfortunate purchase was a result of mere coincidence, a result of Dossett Big 4 selling shoddy, poorly-inspected vehicles, or a result of Dossett Big 4 intentionally pushing vehicles with known defects on customers to avoid loss.
What I can say for certain, though, is that Dossett Big 4 did not act as a company that cares for its customers. If you purchase from Dossett, know that they will feel that they can laugh at your sizeable financial loss at their hands, and when you inevitably lose your temper with their callousness, they will use this as the reasoning behind their doing absolutely nothing to remedy dilemmas their poor business practices have wrought. When they tell you that “you always get more at Dossett Big 4,” the fine print reads “more pain, more financial loss, more frustration, and more slimy business practices.”

If I could give this delarship 0 stars I would. Jeff Smith is a joke and runs a jungle gym of lying employees. He’s running a scam program. He tells his finance managers to con people out of money. The bank may approve you for 2.5 percent for 60 months. However the managers sign you up for 10-15% for 72 mos and profit this extra money. He even tells his employees to purposely not work on a paying customers vehicles simply because he doesn’t like someone or something. Take your hard earned money to a place that appreciates it. BBB reports have been filed and I’ll never use this con man again.

After purchasing two vehicles from Mandal I contacted Austin, the sales person who sold me my most recent car about a new purchase. I work 70 hours a week and asked him if he could check some options before I come in to help expedite the process. He agreed then proceeded to ignore me for five days. I was finally able to speak to a difficult sales person, Dave, who made an appointment with me but minutes after speaking to Dave, Austin started TEXTING me (so unprofessional) that he was working on the sale of the vehicle. I’m disgusted and will never give them my business again.
Brand new tahoe shakes terribly! - Disappointed customer
Not only will I never purchase a gm vehicle ever again, I will ensure everyone knows the terrible customer service I have experienced with this dealership. If you want a quality vehicle, do not go with a tahoe. According to Turan Foley, it is normal for a tahoe to vibrate/shake. The vehicle shakes so bad, it makes you nauseous. Turan Foley treated this situation with no care at all. They treat you so good while making a purchase, but do not expect anything beyond that. By far, the worst customer experience I have had in all of my life. I have purchased 4 brand new vehicles (this being the first gm vehicle) and I have never had even close to an experience this bad. I will never stop telling anyone and everyone I can about the quality of a tahoe and the experience at the turan foley dealership and service center. Do your research before you buy. I wish I would have, because this is a very known issue.

The mission statement in the "About Us" section in their website clearly slanders: "Good credit, bad credit, no credit, or if you're just a first time buyer please come see us today!" Well don't depend on that, I had researched all of their reviews and they were surprisingly good, obviously wrote by someone associated with the company. My first experience with the company, I filled out the application and the salesperson (Daniel) proceeded to go to the back room and discuss my application with the financial advisor where as I could hear the whole entire conversation between the two. At one point in the conversation I heard profanity when talking about my application, these people are not professional and have a lack of respect for customers. My opinion, LOOK FOR ANOTHER DEALERSHIP.

My wife and I went to several dealerships here in Pensacola looking for good business and a quality vehicle. We found a few Rams locally that looked promising, but the experience with those dealerships were unsatisfactory and for the most part unprofessional. We decided to reach beyond our comfort zone and look a Ram Laramie Longhorn offered for sale 100 miles away in D'Iberville, Mississippi. We made the drive from Pensacola and were we glad we did. The experience from the initial phone call to set up the appointment to the phone call followup...make that two phone call followups after the purchase were nothing short of fantastic. Other dealerships need to stand up and pay attention to the business model that is Mandal Buick GMC. While we did not purchase a Buick, it matters not, they could be selling used toothbrushes and it would be the place go! Thanks for restoring my confidence in what always seems to be a painful process. I will make the drive to Mandal every single time. Rick and Collette!
