My wife and I went to several dealerships here in Pensacola looking for good business and a quality vehicle. We found a few Rams locally that looked promising, but the experience with those dealerships were unsatisfactory and for the most part unprofessional. We decided to reach beyond our comfort zone and look a Ram Laramie Longhorn offered for sale 100 miles away in D'Iberville, Mississippi. We made the drive from Pensacola and were we glad we did. The experience from the initial phone call to set up the appointment to the phone call followup...make that two phone call followups after the purchase were nothing short of fantastic. Other dealerships need to stand up and pay attention to the business model that is Mandal Buick GMC. While we did not purchase a Buick, it matters not, they could be selling used toothbrushes and it would be the place go! Thanks for restoring my confidence in what always seems to be a painful process. I will make the drive to Mandal every single time. Rick and Collette!

Hometown feel with a genuine and caring staff. I met Stan and Paxton King, once I walked in the door to meet my salesperson Shawn Smith by appointment. Shawn and the truck I submitted information about online, were ready upon me walking in also. The whole process left me with a feeling of gratitude, that I had drove 3 hours from Louisiana to do business with the King. I recently bought a used vehicle from Skinners Chevrolet Buick GMC in Terry, MS. I did my homework on the vehicle and it had a clean carfax etc. It is exactly what I wanted and I am happy with the vehicle. However, I'm emberrasesd to admit that I'm not familiar with car sales etiquette. So, I didn't realize this till I got home. They didn't fill the car up with a tank of gas for me, the oil only had 60% life left and I did not receive a 30 day warranty in case anything went wrong. Two nights later a friend of mine noticed that one of the tail lights was dimmer than the other. The tail light is made of regular bulbs and some led light strips that can't be replaced. You have to replace the whole tail light if the LED strips go out. Part of it had gone out due to water being trapped inside the tail light. We contacted the dealership to ask them to replace the tail light and they refused saying they couldn't put any more money into it. I believe it's against the law for them to sell me the vehicle when a safety feature isn't working correctly. I'm looking into that. They should have replaced this tail light without any hesitation. They also knew the tire pressure system wasn't communicating with the computer, but they claimed they couldn't fix it and I'd have to take it to the Jeep dealership. Both of these things should not be up to me to fix. This is bad business in my opinion and very disrespectful. I will not ever recommend that anyone do business with these people. I love my car, but I won't ever go back there. And sadly for them, I have to buy another vehicle soon for my daughter. I won't buy anything from them. On the bright side, I've learned a lot of lessons from this experience.

They are lacking in customer service to say the least. My car was smoking and the check engine light was on. The lady who finally addressed me said they were booked and have had some vehicles for more than 2 weeks! Whenever you call you only get an answering machine. I tried for a week to make an appointment for an oil change but no one answered or called me back. When I was able to go to the dealership I was told no appointments first come first serve. It's like a jungle, better yet a zoo up there!! Worst Customer Service Ever!!! The one good thing is the Manager in the detail department overheard my conversation and took my car in back to cool it down enough for me to safely drive to another dealership! Thanks TJ! WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE. The mission statement in the "About Us" section in their website clearly slanders: "Good credit, bad credit, no credit, or if you're just a first time buyer please come see us today!" Well don't depend on that, I had researched all of their reviews and they were surprisingly good, obviously wrote by someone associated with the company. My first experience with the company, I filled out the application and the salesperson (Daniel) proceeded to go to the back room and discuss my application with the financial advisor where as I could hear the whole entire conversation between the two. At one point in the conversation I heard profanity when talking about my application, these people are not professional and have a lack of respect for customers. My opinion, LOOK FOR ANOTHER DEALERSHIP.

Sorry, this is a bit of a repeat. Forgot that I'd reviewed 6 years ago, but anyway, we continue to have great service from the Buicks we bought here, and still recommend this good dealer.
An update, my sister and her husband have bought 3 Hondas here over the years, and are always complimentary of the scheduled routine service they receive.
